This store should just close down, staff aren't interested in helping customers they act like you disturbing their social life. Don't bother going to this store.the manager Darren and 2 x staff members mpho and James we disinterested in helping clients. You try call the store the phone just rings. Worst customer service ever.
The staff need to be sent to do more training on the products. They tell you one thing then the product is not what you want.
I ordered 2 sim cards from Rain a day appart first they arrived at different times which is understandable, however the first sim card was not actived and I received an email almost 24 hours after receiving it apologising for the mistake. The second sim card arrived on the 19th May 2021 today is the 22nd of May 2021 and it still has not been activated in spoke to Sihle Majola on the 20th May 2021 who assured me he was logging a call to get it activated which will take 2 - 24 hour. Yesterday 21st May 2021 after 24 hours again I called because my card was still no active I was told there was no instruction placed on the account again I was told it would be escalated I was given a reference no and I asked for a manager or superior to call me as I was told that the superior was on the phone, I'm still waiting for the superior to call me. After numerous calls and emails I still don't have access to the card yet I had to pay up front for the first month of usage which I now don't have. The after sales service stinks the upfront service is quick and easy and the staff actually know what they are doing and want to work.
I had a horrible experience at the checkers store when I bought sausages. When I got home I found that the sausages were rotten . My vehicle now has the lingering smell that I'm battling to get out.
Extremely bad customer service from head office when trying to open an account. Have been waiting for 3 days. Went back to the store today only to be told by the manager that they can't do anything to help some clients have been waiting for more than 2 weeks only to be told that theyou need more information on enquiry. Manager also informed me that they can't speak to someone in new account they have to enquire through customer care which takes forever
I spoke to an consultant (Ike) at the fnb law call centre yesterday morning explaining that it was urgent that I have something done on my policy before end of business yesterday afternoon being 19th June 2020 After 2 calls being cut off from their side I waited for almost 25 minutes to get my call answered. I was told by Ike that he would action what we spoke about and call me back by end of business this never happened. I have put a claim in the attorney let me know yesterday that fnb has yet to give them the go ahead to proceed I have got to go to court Monday the 22 June 2020 and it still has not been actioned. My question to Fnb is my premium is paid every month yet the service I'm receiving is terrible how can you advise always here to help when this is how your customers are being treated? Very unhappy client.
The service from the aftersales serice team is terrible. I bought a brand new car cash in June of this year with all the extra cover. There was a problem with the car it was making a noise when you change gears which I reported the minute I heard it. I was told it may just be because the car was not in use so I should give it some time to see if the noise is still there in a month. The noise was still there. They took the car in it was left without a car for 4 days they said it was the gearbox. I got the car back the noise was still there which the dealership driver confirmed. The noise got worse so I took the car back again they took the car, I was left without a car for 3 days they then told me it was the side shaft which they repaired. I got my car back it was filthy and theyou had damaged the tyre wall there is now a dent on the fender and paint was chipped and the rubber under the windscreen wash replacedo with a second hand one. I took the car back and I complained, the owner of the dealership is very rude but eventually agreed to correct the problems. I was told to bring the car back on wednesday which i did , again i was left for again on Tuesday and i was left without a car for 2 days. I got my car back the only thing that was done is the tyre was repaired. I was told by one of the staff that if im not happy i need to speak to owner but he wasn't there i had to come back which is did. I again complained about the damage to my car from the dealership workshop the owner told me that it's not their duty to repair themail damage but eventually reluctantly agreed to correct the problems and said I should come back on Wednesday and they will give me a loan car, I arrived at the dealership this morning expecting to not to be without a loan car only to be told they can't give me a loan car. Then the owner tells me that he can't give me a loan car because someone took his loan cars and his insurance won't cover the damage, how is that my problem? I must now be inconvinienced again having no car and they can't guarantee I will get my car in a day. So my advice stay far away from Autofame in Ormonde on Rifle Range Road
The staff are not properly equipped with the correct information to provide clients and they tell the clients the wrong information when going into the branch whereas the client services call centre offers completely different advice. I deposited a big cheque into my account and asked for special clearance and was advised it would take 3 - 4 days I called the service department today to find out when exactly it will clear as I put in an offer to purchase a vehicle only to be told the branch information was wrong it will take seven days. How is the training being done that There is such different information being given.
The staff at the buying department are friendly and tell you that you will be notified 48 hours before your contract expires that doesn't happen. When you speak to the manager he is rude and tells you that it is not his problem if the staff don't do what they say they are supposed to do. How the hell can you tell a client that. Then just to crown it he says we have other units at 3 times the price. The last time I support that shop.
