This is a **** site. They will take your money without providing anything! I made the mistake of ordering from them, without reading the reviews or looking them up on webparanoid.com. I ordered 2 LiFePO4 batteries. Then I received an invoice for payment into a Capitec account registered to Ms Rammbwa (1415634090). Unfortunately I paid it. Received an email confirming the payment and instructions to wait for the courier, but no tracking number. I then called their only contact number +27-66-405-7460. A very rude guy answered. I gave him the order number. He said "I will look into it" and hung up. After that, he refused to answer the phone again. May they rot in hell.

Be careful about this site, especially when things a to good to be true. 1st. Please check all positive reviews, all users are active since June 2023, they might be creating **** profiles to access HelloPeter. 2nd. https://webparanoid.com/en/check-website/autofit.co.za 3rd. Scroll down to the first reviews and experiences and you choose if you want to take a chance or not. I need a solar system but after what I saw I won't risk my money on them, I'll go to a company with a physical address pay an collect, maybe more expensive but safer.
