Take the trouble to have your policy update reviewed.
Like many, if not all, insurers, I received notification that my premium would increase by about 20%!!!. So I called them, got it reviewed and now the premium is acceptable. Great service from Ms Madonsela!

Just lose your money
Justteq = justbuyonline.co.za. When you buy online from them, you WILL lose your money. I made the mistake of ordering and paying for 2 rechargable batteries. Did not even get a receipt from them!!! I called Steven. He promised I would receive it by the end of that week (more than two week ago). Claimed their system experienced issues... The next time I called, he blamed customs. The sad thing is that I ordered products from China AFTER this and it was delivered within a week. Now, of course, my calls are not being answered anymore. They probably will change the company name to JustWasteMoney soon...

Daylight ******s or bad logistics?
I ordered 2 oven selector switches from them online. Since there was a problem with the banking app, I paid for it with an immediate payment and emailed proof of payment to the proper address. After 3 days, I enquired via email - no response. After 7 days I called them. A friendly lady assisted me and said she would find out and call me back. The next day, I called again. The same lady said that my payment was confirmed and that the order would be dispatched. I received the order 3 days later, only to find that they sent 1 switch, not 2. I emailed the friendly lady, but was ignored. So now, I consider them to be daylight ******s with a badly functioning logistics department. Especially for online sales. Next time, I shall simply drive to the closest branch and buy it over the counter.

Great service and excellent communication! I am very impressed how Juan kept me up to date with the progress of my order. I purchased a 200AH LiFePO4 battery through them at quite a reasonable price. Since it is a 3rd party product, they had to coordinate the delivery of the battery. Keep up the great work!

Maybe a bit slower, but still great service!
After looking at all the negative reviews, I was very hesitant to do business with them. I found it weird that most review were either 1 star, or 5 stars. However, I took a chance and ordered a battery for an old Samsung tablet. I received the standard confirmation emails, but no tracking number. After 1 day, I called them and asked how long the normal time to courier was. 3 working days. So yes, they are slightly slower than other companies. But I received my battery and I am very happy.

Good value for money
I see that all the negative reviews are about after sales service. To me, an online business should deliver when paid. I had an excellent experience with Solarway. I was kept up to date of the order all the time by Zoey. If I have to complain about something, it would be that their courier fees are quite high compared to other companies. In my case, the combined purchase price and delivery fee was still lower than the best online quote I could find!

Great service and good prices
I was hesitant to order from them, after looking at the reviews on this site. Then I saw that they sell thought Takealot. I also called a person that reviewed them on Facebook (negative review) and he confirmed that they actually deliver what they promise. So I ordered. 3 days later, I received my gate motors through The Courier Guy. I also called Ethan and had a good talk with him before delivery. No problems and great service!

Excellent service!
Alberto is running a very smooth operation! He consistently kept me up to date with the progress of the quotes and orders. It does take a bit longer to receive the goods, since Bonanza is an intermediatery - they order products for you and have it delivered. However, the price and service is excellent! Keep up the good work Mr Sartini!
