If it was not for the lady/gentleman answering the phone, this company would not exist. I contacted the company over a week ago, spoke to a Shayn Parker and asked for a quotation on some equipment. He suggested I send photos which I did. 2 Days later and no response. I contacted him and he said I must send measurements of the equipment, which I did, 2 Days later while I was busy with a client he phoned and when I finished with my client, I returned his call and had to leave a message as he was busy. He called me back and when I asked him if he had feedback, he said he had not read his emails yet. And then quickly said I should answer my phone when he calls. A week later and still no response. Pathetic.

Hi Peter The store where Jayson are working are Tecsa Reco Montague Gardens.Cape Town. I went there to go and buy astove oven fan. I will recommend any person to him for his excellent service and feedback. Jayson keep up the good work see you soon. Once again thank you very much. Nigel Meyer

I purchased a capacitor from this company through Takealot. Upon receiving the item, I contacted a contractor to install it, but when he opened the package, he discovered the product was cracked. I promptly returned the item. However, the company now claims that my return is outside their specified timeframe, despite the only timeframe mentioned in the adverti*****t being 30 days. I returned the product the following week.

I ordered 2 oven selector switches from them online. Since there was a problem with the banking app, I paid for it with an immediate payment and emailed proof of payment to the proper address. After 3 days, I enquired via email - no response. After 7 days I called them. A friendly lady assisted me and said she would find out and call me back. The next day, I called again. The same lady said that my payment was confirmed and that the order would be dispatched. I received the order 3 days later, only to find that they sent 1 switch, not 2. I emailed the friendly lady, but was ignored. So now, I consider them to be daylight ******s with a badly functioning logistics department. Especially for online sales. Next time, I shall simply drive to the closest branch and buy it over the counter.

I bought a oven fan from Tecsa Reco in Vanderbijlpark. It didnt even last a week. I know these normally last forever and I know normally you cannot return electrical equipment. So with this in mind I was already prepared to buy a new one. So I go to the store to buy a new one, see the manager/owner in the office and go to tell him that this fan only lasted a week hoping he will investigate the stock or perhaps notify the supplier of an issue with the last batch. As soon as this guy hears my issue he completely ignores me. He was so worried he had to replace a bad item he sold to me. He didnt acknowledge me further. Kept on pretending to do paper work or assisting other people. Not having the slightest issue when I got there I was so ****ed off when I left. So to the manager/owner of the Vanderbijlpark branch, If you cant work with people or if you dont even have the personality or basic upbringing to deal with people, then dont try and run your own business. No wonder youre sitting in the back trying to avoid everyone. Pathetic man.
