Selling Defective Parts
I purchased a capacitor from Takealot. Upon receiving the item, I contacted a contractor to install it, but when he opened the package, he discovered the product was cracked. I promptly returned the item in its original packaging. However, the company now claims that my return is outside their specified timeframe, despite the only timeframe mentioned in the adverti*****t being 30 days. I returned the product the following week.

Cancellation - Poor Service
I cancelled a contract on 3 April 2022 till date it has not been cancelled. After several mails to Vodacom there has been o feedback or cancellation although the automatic message received indicates that your query will be resolved within 24 hrs.
