Clicks Pharmacy Sasolburg very unprofessional - I went to buy 3 boxes of Mozzitec. The pharmacist initially made a mistake on the price saying its R380 a box, but later corrected himself saying after including VAT, dispensing fees, etc the actual price is R440 a box. I understood and still accepted the price of R440. Went to the front to pay and suddenly it was R480 a box. Confused I asked the teller why theres a price difference. She went to the pharmacist and returned saying the previous price was without dispensing fees. I said no after all their fees were added he told me it would cost R440 each, not R480. She told me to go and talk to the pharmacist myself. Went back and he kept on mentioning dispensing fees. Eventually he scanned the box again and on the system it showed R440. Suddenly seeing the price difference himself, understanding the issue and confused he went to ask another pharmacist for help. The new pharmacist manually looked up the price on the system which then showed R480. I asked but where did the R440 come from. Suddenly the first pharmacist, acting like he never saw the system showing R440 and trying to defend his pride told the second pharmacist I was trying to buy it for the price before dispensing fees. The more I tell him no Im only trying to understand where the R440 came from, the more he kept hammering on the R380. To be clear, I was happy to still pay R480, I was simply trying to understand where the price difference came in, because when he scans the box its R440, but when he manually looks up the price its R480. But suddenly the guy started becoming very unprofessional, rubbing his temples annoyed because Im asking a basic question he couldnt answer. I told him to just leave it, went to Dischem and still payed a cheaper amount. So please, if you dont know how to do your job properly, ask someone for help! And do so without blaming your mistakes on others! There is no shame in admitting to your colleagues you made a mistake or you dont understand. Also, if you cant work with people, why did you choose a customer facing career! Please train your staff to stay professional even after they made a mistake and give them proper training on how the system works!
I bought a oven fan from Tecsa Reco in Vanderbijlpark. It didnt even last a week. I know these normally last forever and I know normally you cannot return electrical equipment. So with this in mind I was already prepared to buy a new one. So I go to the store to buy a new one, see the manager/owner in the office and go to tell him that this fan only lasted a week hoping he will investigate the stock or perhaps notify the supplier of an issue with the last batch. As soon as this guy hears my issue he completely ignores me. He was so worried he had to replace a bad item he sold to me. He didnt acknowledge me further. Kept on pretending to do paper work or assisting other people. Not having the slightest issue when I got there I was so ****ed off when I left. So to the manager/owner of the Vanderbijlpark branch, If you cant work with people or if you dont even have the personality or basic upbringing to deal with people, then dont try and run your own business. No wonder youre sitting in the back trying to avoid everyone. Pathetic man.
Wow guys. Terrible terrible website! I wanted flowers delivered in Walmer PE. You filter for flowers with balloons. None of the options provided have balloons. How are there not balloons in PE? The paging dont work. It shows there are 5 pages, but each page shows the same stuff. Pricing filters dont work. I filter for the area and the delivery date. Select what I want, start adding the delivery address. Then it doesnt allow delivery. How? I then filtered for the area and date. And it show same date delivery is available. How can I suddenly not deliver to that area. Also Walmer PE is center PE! I go to the GiftWizard enter the details and click "Go" but nothing happens! Terrible experience for a first time user! Stop advertising nation wide if you cant even handle the basics!
Have been struggling with my credit card for the past few days. It seems like transactions under R1000 succeed, But anything over R1000 declines. Im now behind on some payment and will most likely have to pay additional fines. Ive been in contact with their agents multiple times and they have no idea why my card doesnt work. They just keep saying to go and try and swipe it again. It hasnt been swiping for the past week! Why will it suddenly work if you didnt make any changes on your end!?
Romans Pizza Vanderbijlpark. Poor poor service from Palesa. Very excited to visit romans pizza in a long time since we dont have a romans pizza in our own town. Was helped by the most unfriendly staff member they could find for the job. She didnt look like helping anyone. I had to ask her multiple times to repeat herself as she was speaking very unclearly. This probably made her attitude worse. In the end she asked if I wanted a coldrink, I asked which flavours they have in stock, she simply ignored my question, just chose fanta orange and finished the order to get rid of me. If you dont want clients dont have a business. Dont treat your customers like garbage!
I contacted the call center asking for them to review the interest rates on my credit card and personal loan. I was told I cant do that over the phone and needed to go to a branch. I make an appointment with my "personal banker" as Im a prestige client, go through the necessary process with her and was told she cant submit my request immediately as the manager is on leave. I dont understand how there isnt anyone standing in for a manager when they are on leave, but I tell the banker it okay the manager can approve it the following week when he/she is back. After waiting for one month I reached out to my banker asking about the progress on my request. She ignored me. I decided I will send her regular emails until I get a response. She then replied saying the request is still pending and she will keep me up to date. Its nearing 2 months now and Im still waiting. Standard bank is very quick to throw you with a ridiculous interest rate, but as soon as you ask them to review it they take their time. How long do they expect their clients to wait for their requests to be handled? 3 months, 6 months, or should I just prepare myself to never get helped...pathetic!!!
I have a Standard bank credit card, which sometimes gets used by my family members. Of course they dont know how much credit remains on my card and sometimes exceeds the credit limit. I have a credit limit of R40 000, however Standard bank allows you to go over that limit by about R5000. I received an sms from Standard bank saying I need to repay my exceeded limit or it might affect my credit rating, else my credit card could even get blocked. Not wanting this to happen, I phoned Standard bank and asked them to rather put a hard limit of R40 000 on my credit card so I cant exceed my limit. They said they cannot set a hard limit on my card, however, I dont need to worry as it is part of their product offering and they allow their clients to exceed the limit. They did however say I should try to repay my exceeded limit amount before the end of each month. For this reason every month when I get paid on the 25th, I transfer between R10 000 to R15 000 to my credit card. Suddenly Standard bank handed me over to an attorney, without any prior warning, because of my card that exceeded its limit. What is the point of a limit if that is not the limit? How does Standard bank offer you a product/service, but as soon as you make use of that product or service they hand you over to their attorneys? Does a gym hand their members over to their attorneys after you paid for a membership but enter the gym? Does an airline hand you over to their attorneys after you bought a ticket and get on the plane? Does Makro hand you over to their attorneys after you bought a TV and go home and open the box? No! Because that is the product they offered and the product you paid for! Wake up Standard bank!
Standard bank was the cause of my bad credit record! After applying for a small loan (R40 000) my load was declined because I sometimes go over my credit card limit. I phoned the credit card department and was told I am allowed to go over the limit as long as I pay it back before the end of them month. This I however always pay back immediately after I notice I went over the limit. According to the Standard bank Credit card Terms and Conditions, Standard bank offers their clients with a temporary limit increase. They dont mention anything about it negatively affecting your credit score. I asked Standard bank to put a limit on my credit card to not allow me to go over the limit. But they cant do that. They rather allow you to go over your limit and make use of their temporary limit increase service. So how does Standard bank offer you something and then penalize you for using their services!? I was even looking to buy my second house through Standard bank, but now I cant even do that because they caused my bad credit record!!!
