The new upgraded and renovated romans pizza in Meadowdale Germiston under “new management”…i call their line its off,i go to the branch like same branch i been buying for years to order at the counter,the lady give a bad attitude when i ask to come pay when i return to the ATM as a regular customer,she refused yet its their lines not working…she then go on about new management yet the older few guys who traditionally know me are there and she refuse to ask one to take my order….so there go my 30min of lunch and paying for lame bad attitude after years of buying there….after this order number #054 it will be must last going to buy there….and we out here fighting for south Africans to be hired at this places only to get such pathetic service….keep your upgraded branch and staff i will take my hard earned cash somewhere ….what a disappointment after years supporting this people🤮

I ordered from Roman's Pizza today and unfortunately I was disappointed with both the app experience and the quality of the pizza. The base sauce tasted incorrect and the pizza was very runny. I expected much better from the Equestria branch. I hope quality control can be improved going forward.”

What an awful, unfriendly, depressive, aggressive vibe!! We as customers come out of our way to drive into town to support you and are met with 2 rude, unpleasant, unfriendly individuals m. Please, this us the Frontline if your business. Surely you want them to represent you as a business? Please fire the 2 ladies serving customers at Somerset West Nain Road @ 16h20pm and replace them with people more professional, pleasant, that cam half smile and not protect a " I dont give a ****" attitude. What happened? You used to be good. I dont want to support this type of vibe P.s. food was a 4 out of 5.

Romans Pizza Vredenburg is the worst EVER. Firstly the online orders and app does not work. After phoning them they tell us that specials cannot be delivered. NOT EVEN AT A DELIVERY FEE!! May it is better to close down shopnand give somebody the oppertunity to provide us with propper service. Our town allready has only a few takeaways that iffer delivery
