Quick to arrange a Third party Appointment. Once debt is settled before the time. It is imposible to get Sars to cancell the Third party appointment

Ordered an Airfryer as a Birthday present as delivery date was set as the 2nd of July. Only to get an email after 17h00 on the 1st of July to say that there was a delay. No reason for the delay or new delivery date. What must i know tell the Birth day girl that she won't be getting a gift on her Birthday. If you can't deliver then do not advertise a service.
Poor poor service. Promised that i would get a refund between 3 and 5 working days. Could not keep there promise. Still awaiting credit after 7 days
