The new upgraded and renovated romans pizza in Meadowdale Germiston under “new management”…i call their line its off,i go to the branch like same branch i been buying for years to order at the counter,the lady give a bad attitude when i ask to come pay when i return to the ATM as a regular customer,she refused yet its their lines not working…she then go on about new management yet the older few guys who traditionally know me are there and she refuse to ask one to take my order….so there go my 30min of lunch and paying for lame bad attitude after years of buying there….after this order number #054 it will be must last going to buy there….and we out here fighting for south Africans to be hired at this places only to get such pathetic service….keep your upgraded branch and staff i will take my hard earned cash somewhere ….what a disappointment after years supporting this people🤮
2022 phoned and app**** for debt consolidation loan,provided the settlement statements as per request,they approve the loan but then for some reason fail to pay all the provided settlement letters but decided they will pay the remaining amount to my personal account as if I app**** for a personal loan,they call me with no valid reason why they cant pay everybody…fast forward this beginning of the year i request a settlement discount attempting to settle all at once end of February,i fail to do so…they call and send me email of alternative payment plan of 6 months for 6 installments to cover the discounted amount…this week they now say the discount fall away if its not settled as palned but they are the one who gave me the option to 6 months repayment with a discounted balance on the e-mail….now they want me to pay the same amount they recklessly paid into my problematic account that i did not ask for initially….guys dont deal with old mutual not a funeral cover home loan insurance or nothing,you will regret it…then their illiterate consultant who dont even know the nature of this loan is asking stupid questions about “what settlement statement”🤮😡i keep all my emails especially of agreements and such legal situations…now i sent them everything and they went silent as i sent the complain to NCR
Bought a pre-owned iphone and the sim card was not reporting sim fail,took it back…receiving clerk said it will take 2-3 days,she did not bother to advise me on deactivating find my phone and provide a phone passcode as I understood that this things can be flashed,now they not exchanging my phone or finalizing my return even after i did both find my phone deactivation and gave them a passcode,then the Mphahlele person is now silent and wven threatened me that they will not process if i dont reply to them of whoch i did,from monday they never even bothered to ask about this thinfs until i did a follow-up and thats when they told me about codes and deactivation…i notice that takealot dont have a customer complain number and is trying to blame me for not doing things i was not informed about when returning the item,even if they exchange i will take this further as i am getting an attitude that they doing me a favor for selling a faulty phone yet they claim to have inspected the phone before resale…what nonsense is this
I noticed a sad pattern by Pharmacists @ Meadowdale/Ednavale Checkers Hyper….for some reason they are rude dont even greet then give me an attitude like its my first time looking at a black female in that industry and she is somehow doing me a favour,both the older light skin lady and the younger dumb lady,this afternoon she dont greet then when i tell her what i need the smart idiot decide to ask me if “i am ok” ….i just looked at her and her dumb attitude and repeated what i needed….word of advice to most black female pharmacists outside of the townships,THE DEVIL NEVER APPROACH ANYBODY HE WORK WITH VOLUNTEERS AND YOUR FAMILY WILL CRY A RIVER ONE OF THIS DAYS FOR YOUR SIMPLE DISRESPECT…and they have this behavior towards poor black people and act friendly to obvious professionals….i noticed this…this places are a hell whole for primadonnas i tell you…dont go there because only white people there will give you professional help
Mtn Momo promised two plays when you buy data or play lotto via MOMO,they have been awarding this two plays until three weeks ago, Now they award this two plays when they feel like it or not all in my recent case,i sent them a complain and a smart person ask me to take a screenshot knowing very well there is no taking a screenshot evidence of something that was not awarded, They now claim they cant see client activities on the Momo app which is very strange since its their app, Please help with this false advertising and lies w by told to clients, I want my two plays as they stole or decided to keep more than 40 plays in the past weeks, I notice this type of false advertising happen a lot with this big companie and nothi mg happen to them and so are their useless uninterested service desk personnel with bad attitude, Regards Lazarus
Settlement statements sent for Old Mutual to consolidate my debt,they decide to pay only 1 debt and don't even give me a reason why they cant pay the rest, they then decide to pay the rest of the money to my personal account…talk about debt consolidation turned into personal loan mid-application without any reason…if i wanted a personal loan i would have asked for one but all i needed was to consolidate my debt…now they cant even give me proof of what they settled and busy calling daily for the nonsense they created…this company is taking south africans for fools i tell you and i am busy with a formal complain
