Allergies can appear at the worst of times. I used a good anti-inflammatory spray on a twisted ankle, and was shocked to find swelling and blisters. The pharmacist recommended Bettamed Sensitive Oxygen Spray for burns, leg ulcers, cuts, slow healing, woulds, pressure sores, nappy rash and itching. The itchiness and swelling disappeared within a few hours. Each bottle contains 200ml of liquid. I'll be sure to keep it in my first aid kit. It really is a miracle spray. My daughter used it on stinging post-operative scars, and the relief was almost immediate. Make sure to keep this in stock. Available from Medirite and other outlets.

I received terrible service from Sibusiso Mahlangu at Medirite montana early in the morning, firstly he ignored me while I was on the que, I then decided to approach him,greeted him but he still continued with packing some paperwork.When I asked him if he was open for assisting customers on his till he rudely asked me "how can I help you",very shocking how people don't value customers.I am just disappointed in the kind of service we receive as clients

Very rude Assistant Pharmacist his name is Mandla Mathonsi at Medirite in Sandton city. He doesn’t ask the relevant questions he assumed im paying cash then gets annoyed when i tell him its medical aid. He asks for my ID number n not specify he needs for the main member, then obviously it wont go through as im buying medication for my son who is under my Husbands medical aid, then he goes n mocks me that why would i want your ID number when you not even on the medical aid. Iv never felt so stupid in my life then he still goes in and argue that im not on the medical aid i shouldnt give him my ID, i gave him my ID assuming that he needs to put it down as a person who bought the meds. He went on making noise right there then dismissed me.

Dear Medirite Management, I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the poor customer service I received from a locum pharmacist at your Medirite pharmacy. I have been a loyal and regular Medirite customer for the past six years, during which I have consistently collected my scheduled medication monthly from your pharmacy. This history makes the incident I experienced particularly disappointing. Following recent blood test results, my doctor emailed my prescription directly to me. When I presented this script at your pharmacy today, the locum pharmacist informed me that she was unable to assist because the medication is scheduled and that the doctor has to email the prescription directly to the pharmacy. I explained that I am a long-standing Medirite customer and asked whether she could possibly assist by contacting my doctor directly, as this has been done in the past. Unfortunately, she refused to assist further and simply informing me to contact my doctor. She did not offer the pharmacy’s email address or provide any guidance or support to help resolve the matter. As a result, I went to the Dis-Chem pharmacy across the road, where I was assisted immediately and professionally, and my medication was dispensed without any issues. I would like to understand why I was refused assistance at Medirite under these circumstances, especially given my long-standing relationship with your pharmacy and the fact that I regularly collect scheduled medication from Medirite. The lack of willingness to assist or provide basic support was unacceptable and not in line with the level of service I expect as a loyal customer. I trust that this matter will be investigated and that appropriate steps will be taken to ensure better customer service in future, particularly from locum staff. I look forward to your response. I had the worst experience with the lady at Westgate mall when asking for the morning after pill. She made me feel like I'm a **** and asking too many unnecessary question, asking why I didn't use protection if I knew I didn't want a baby. Asking if I was married as if it had anything to do with her. I felt so bad after that interaction and I pray no other women feel **** shamed for wanting to take the emergency contraception for their own protection.

I called the pharmacy at Bothasig Medirite, Cape Town, spoke to the sister on duty, Tuesday, 16 September 2025 @ 15h00. I was not completed and wanted to make an appointment, but she abruptly ended my call. When I called back and asked why she had placed the phone down when I was not finished, she started intensely arguing with me, rather than apologizing and making the appointment!!!!!. If this is the kind of service you offer your clients, then I do not want to be a client of yours!!!!! Medical personnel is supposed to assist, not argue and shout! I hope not all your patrons get treated so badly.
