I was sold a box of 30 Ibugesic tablets, that was manufactured in Aug 2024, and expires July 2026. Unfortunately I noticed this when I was home, should have checked the expiry date while in the shop. I only checked for allergex, because I wanted to take 2 boxes. Their stock taking and inventory is not in order. So I am not pleased, and can't bear the inconvenience of going to the mall, there's traffic and it's packed. I was assisted by Bheki, whomever didn't see anything wrong when I called. From 2024, where were these tablets at???
I have been trying to get assistance to make a claim from Tuesday. I sent an email, got an automated email response saying I'll be contacted, but no one contacted me. I made a call, spoke to a Lebo, it was in the afternoon. She said her system is slow, she promised to call me back the following day but she didn't. I sent another email, Instead I'm busy collecting case numbers, no one is getting back to me. Made a call now and spoke to Mbali, I stated my problem, she said she's transferring me to a relevant department. Next person I spoke with was a Pretty, who also transferred me to the "relevant department". Next it was Nobuhle, whom also said I should contact the claims department which is on my broker schedule. This is annoying and frustrating!!!
I am not satisfied with their service. Debit of a balance of R19 562, 15 from my cheque account was made as payment to the credit card, meanwhile I am on MINIMUM PAYMENT. I am now left with a negative amount on the cheque account, and it will incur honouring fees that I will have to pay over something that was not my fault.I contacted them and I was told to wait until Monday. I am inconvenienced at this moment.
The delivery guy, Percentage is kind, patient, and considerate. I am saying that because other drivers, when you tell them you are sending someone to collect the order, they say you must tell the person to hurry up. But Buffalo could do better. For a 5 star rating, at least notify us in 24 hours to expect your order so that we don't make last-minute arrangements.
The staff attitude sucks, they make fun of clients, cracking unprofessional laughter. Then it's not even comfortable to eat the food. Date: 19 October 2018... 09:30am
