Absa bank might aswell close their doors. The customer service is non existent,since last week I've send minimum of 2 emails DAILY requesting assistance yet only received 2 replies with same standard reply "This receipt acknowledge we received ure email,one of our dedicated team leaders will contact u within 48hrs"....Really?? How long is absa's 48hrs if in 9 days that's all I got? My business is losing money,customers canceling as my acc is on hold over a month without absa information me,no communication, I only realized it after not being able to transact on banking app Hellopeter pls help
It's been 4 months now my tymebank accounts been on hold!!! 4 months..I've lost customers, thousands of income aswell as customers wanting to be refunded yet I can't as I don't have access to my account?? This is not fair,losing customers, income and penalties building up as customers are taking legal action due to me not able to refund them. Tymebank just don't care and don't respond. This has dragged too long now..4 months and nothing?? Pls pls pls help me

I'm sitting outside chemical city brackenfell in the car with my dad since we dropped my son at school half past 7,they open at 08h00. My dad has very bad cancer and comes only here to buy the special bags he uses to dispose of medical waste. As he has been doing WEEKLY for past year and half. They know him,he can barely walk but shuffles ,wearing a stoma bag on outside of his stomach as they had to cut so much of intestines due to cancer They know him..yet will not assist by allowing him 10 to 8 to get his bags. Tymebank is the worst ever,can't complain about customer service as THERES NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. My acc was placed on hold,I queried it via email as there's no building like other banks,got a remote automatic response back. Next morning I emailed again. Got email from them with another email address to respond to. I responded. No reply or response. That was 8 days ago..I've send numerous emails in-between but nothing I can't access my funds,I have a chronic asthmatic 6yr old needing meds ,money available but no access No response Pathetic. The book shop experience to TOP all book shops. Exclusive books Tygervalley branch..the staff there has customer service down to the fine golden lining. The worst service ever received by staff at Engen garage stellenberg,one attendant was busy with customer,one talking to friends,one in Hokkie on his cell,Davie,very irritated by being disturbed I've had numerous bad experiences aswell as friends of ours by stellenberg Engen. Pls avoid them
