My Mum has an account with JET,the last time she bought with the account was 2023.Untill now yue account does not decrease .When I add all the amounts paid since then it's over R7000. Every month she is paying over R600 everymonth for the passed 3 years . She is 84 sickly and they keep on harassing her demanding her to pay.Why is the account/amount not decreasing. OR there is someone using the account just like when there was someone was buying data with her account while she does not even use data Jet please why are you treating your customers so bad..My mum is very old to be stressed by your agents When is the amount going to decrease and end

my phone has went for warranty and its has been 3 weeks now without any feedback. the phone is still brand new. its was just 2 week since i reported to jet eersteriver and was told to come back. apparently it was reported to the regional manager by the the store manager who took my contact nr. up until today nothing.

I have very bad experience with Jet , I took a phone with Payjoy and now the phone did not want to switch on . They took it to technical but now they say I need to pay R900 and that phone did not drown to water and it did not fall .

So I need clarity on the Toughees I bought 2 weeks ago that now all of the sudden it's opened on the sides, like my son had been wearing Toughees to school for years and this has never happened, or maybe it's because I bought them at Jet and it was the 1st time buying the Toughees since I was struggling with sizes at other shops. So please jet explain to me how's that possible, is it you or the manufacturer of Toughees that should be blamed for this inconvenience. Jet at Daveyton Mall like please explain to me what I should do next because I can't afford to buy another Toughees school shoes.

Excellent Customer Service. I went to the Jet Emalahleni downtown store. In Emala Mall, on 5 February 2026. I was approached by Siya a young man who asked if I would be interested in opening an account and enjoy shopping at Jet. Once the paper work was done. Siya patiently and calmly went to the payment counters with me. We went to a lady wearing dreadlocks. She had a pile of papers she was busy with and we waited for about 15 minutes with no help from her as Siya asked her to help us. We heard the lady in dreadlocks murmur unprofessional wirds to her other colleague who was standing next to her in another till. Then Siya tried a second lady called Retshepile who helped us promptly without complaining. I enjoyed my shopping from Siya who assisted me with choosing the sizes and clothing for my son. Retshepile made it possible to get the account approved showing amazing team work. Siya and Retshepile deserve to be at the front desk as they represent professional and flexible customer service. Great work to these two of a kind Jet workers. I appreciate the service they gave me against the odds.
