I bought a bycicle for my gran daughter for Christmas on the 10/12/24 at the cornubia branch .I took it back to have re assembled, customer service did call to let me know when it ready for collection I went a few days later to find out and it was ready.My grand daughter 5yrs old rode it for a day and the tyre went flat,I then took it to the garage to fill air only to find out that the tube has burst, I then phoned makro and spoke to a manager of the department who couldn't help,I asked for the store manager Dolly who put me through to Kamala and she also couldn't help as it was wear and tear. In less than 2weeks she decided it was wear and tear, didn't even consider it to be a quality issue.I had to replace the tube which cost me and all the running around and phone calls.Service is pathetic.Makro should change they advertising.
Hi I ordered a cake at the starwood spar in Phoenix on 05/06/23 and was told it would only be ready on the 7th, however I had a change of mind about the cream and wanted to change it. I called the store before 11:30 on 06/06/23 and was told that the baker will get back to me which she did at 15:40 only to tell me that the cake was already made and I could not change the icing so I asked to speak to the store manager Pradeep Ramross and was told that he is in a meeting and he will call me back. At 4:30 I still did not receive a call from the manager and decide to call the store and was given the run around. I was asked to leave my details again and as soon the store manager can be found he will call me. At 6pm I did not receive any call so I called the store again only to be told that the store manager has left for the day. I am really disappointed in the service that I received and I will not be shopping at starwood spar. Service is pathetic.
I would like to warn other clients not to do business with this agency. Once they have ur money they dont care what happens to u as a tenant. If you have any issues they direct u to the landlord. And don't assist u in any way.
My daughter and her husband is going through a divorce, hence my daughter has moved out of the flat, the agreement was signed by both parties, however the lease has expired and the husband decided to stay on and sign a new lease. The agent Nivashnee govender refuses to reimburse my daughter the deposit for the previous lease as she paid the deposit, Nivashnee carried it over to the new lease. Pls kindly assist.

<p>In July 2015 I took a contact with Neotel which due to lack of reception that is no network in my area I cancelled the contract a week later . I called and spoke to Nadine who agreed to cancel the contract then i returned the device to the Pavilion branch. I am still being harrased to date .Can you please please sort out the constant harrasing messages.It is now June 2016 and it is still ongoing.</p>
