The worst experience & bad service not to mention the unprofessional communication 3 weeks later and the back and forth still continues without a straight forward resolution!!!!
I place an order 7 days ago The supplier said they take 2-3 working days I have been communicating on WhatsApp and instagram And from last week they been saying Thursday then Friday Today i have been told a courier will communicate with me but when i ask what time they just say “today”
No response after the review I wrong and an email i wrote to your support. Thats the kind of treatment you give to customers?!
Payjustnow has implemented the worst syste & I wasn’t even informed. If you don’t pay by the early hours of the morning you can’t pay during the course of the day, you can only pay 24 hours later. I was supposed to pay at around 2:13am but they went to my account at at 1:38 & immediately after i was charged an extra fee. It’s like they are now in a hurry to charge us extra fees! That’s unacceptable
I have been sending multiple emails regarding my refund for mother land ticket. No response & no refund. I need my refund ASAP!!!
Foshini northgate does not want to refund me my money, I returned the item last week monday, when i asked about the ETA for the refund i was told it will take 3-7 working days. I have been calling from Monday, they said i should wait till wednesday. Yesterday they said i should wait till today. I am still waiting and havent gotten the refund!!!!
Mr D food took my money and did not give me my order. I placed an order, the money went out and then Mr D did not give me an order number, when i contacted them they say they did not receive the funds but on my account it went out to them as the reference .
MTN had became the worst, calling them is a struggle and if you do get someone they pretend they don’t hear you. I received a call regarding my upgrade only to find out i have been paying way more than i was supposed to be paying every month because they didn’t put my number on uncapped! I wanted to change and put it at 0 because I have been paying a ridiculous amount and I wouldn’t have even found out of I wasn’t due for an upgrade!!!!
Bad experience, i made a transfer to a wrong account and it wasn’t immediate payment, standard bank can not reserve the money, they say i need to pay a certain amount for an investment that isn’t even guaranteed that i will get my money back
Mtn is giving the worst experience and it’s the first time in years of using them, my phone can not receive calls and when i can I can’t get help because the issue seem to be with my phone Secondly, they are dedicating money from me that we didn’t agree on and when i call them they pretend not to hear me! This is ridiculous!!
