Jet at Boitekong mall in Rusternburg, I've been here since 09:30am... I'm the only customer, I found them dragging this things they use to hang clothes, thing doesn't have wheels, so just imagine the noise it makes, if you have sensitive teeth you wouldn't stay there for that...I was assisted 30mins later...why not prepare before customers arrive...the level of professionalism in this stores has dropped, it's really disappointing

KFC THLABANE SQUARE has a very bad service, the ladies are so rude, it's very disappointing...we went there to buy our meals, while we wait for the food my sister was pressed, she needed to use the toilet, they told her there's no water, my sister had to go and urine outside next to the car...the service we there is very disappointing, as if we don't pay for the food we buy...

I like Nedbank cause they're very professional,but the Nedbank branches in Rusternburg have the poorest service it's very disappointing...everytime I have to go there you wait more than 2hrs to be assisted...right now I'm at Nedbank at Rusternburg Mall, they just told me that there's only 2 people working so we'll wait for long, meaning that I'll wait for more than 3hrs cause it's month end and there are long queues...

Excellent
I'm happy with the service at Nedbank, they still have the respect for people's needs and security for finances. I had a situation where I was ****med, but Nedbank assisted me. I'm new to Nedbank, and I'm impressed with the service, I wish I used Nedbank years ago. Thank you Nedbank, please keep up the excellent work

Disappointing
I did my apprenticeship at Transnet School of Engineering sponsored by TNPA from 2016-2019. All the people I trained with got jobs but I was the only one who didn't get a job. I can't apply to get a job with my trade because Transnet School of Engineering in Durban doesn't want to give me my modules. I asked from the tuitor, she ghosted me, i asked from the manager, he also ghosted me. This is frustrating cause my life is on pause because of this situation.

I paid off my cellphone contract in 2018, even have a clearance letter...in 2024 I tried to get a cellphone contract,but Vodacom hasn't cleared me... it's 2026 now, I'm still struggling with the same thing, I can't get a cellphone contract from any network because of this error from Vodacom, this is very frustrating. Also the service I get when I go to Vodacom shops is very poor.

I'm really not happy with Capitec bank...we always get ****med and Capitec is not willing to assist to get our money back... Companies we don't know and can't be traced do debit checks on our Capitec account and when we report these, Capitec tells us there's nothing they can do about it... What's the point of using the bank that won't protect your money... This is very frustrating...

Frustrated
Capitec allows other companies to accept debit check on your behalf and when you despute it, they tell you that you've approved the debicheck...this is very frustrating,cause any **** can deduct money from your account, and Capitec will say you've approved it... it's not the first time I'm complaining about Capitec and it's definitely not the last time
