Good day, My name is *****gwe Salome Mokumo (Mokgolobotho). I completed a HIRA (Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment) course with NOSA in 2015. Unfortunately, my house was burnt down and I lost my original certificate in the fire. Since then, I have made numerous attempts to contact NOSA for assistance in obtaining a reprint, statement of results, or confirmation letter. I have sent several emails and even went to their offices in person. However, I have been sent from pillar to post without any resolution or proper assistance. This certificate is very important for my employment opportunities, and I am extremely disappointed by the lack of support and response despite my repeated efforts. I am respectfully requesting that NOSA assist me urgently with: • A reprint of my HIRA certificate • A statement of results • Or an official confirmation letter of course completion I hope that by raising this matter here, it will receive the attention and resolution it deserves. On the 28th August I called in spoke to a consultant Noluthando Mthembu ..She assure me there's space still available for Intro to Samtrac Westville branch for 15 to 19 September (which is today) .. I confirmed on the call that in 5 minutes ill email her proof of payment and booking form ..which I did I have the emails as proof ..and phone records as well... Today my cousin is at the college and she is told she never booked for her they can't find her ID number on the system .. Whose fault is that? Shouldn't Nosa try to resolve thos since it's their staff's negligence not to do their job ? We paid R10 470 .00 for the course , R1000 for transport and R1800 for accomodation for her to be there specifically this week .. How should we going to recon these financial losses ?

If I could give a a half star rating I would, I must say I am highly disappointed and frustrated with NOSA, I recently wrote my SAMTRAC and told I had passed as they would round off the percentage, today I am told I must rewrite the exam after being told my session was not recorded yet it was a system error on their side. I must now pay myself for a rewrite yet the error sits with NOSA and there's nothing they can do because it did not record. Its so heart breaking for one to have failed then told you have passed and then again told I must rewrite because their system did not record. I made sure to put my camera on and do everything the correct way.

Nosa support will provide incorrect information and will mislead customers I just need my refund I am starting to question how the organization is doing business their customer care don't answer calls I just need my money if I am to study with them I will come with a full refund I have learned my lesson never deposit money to NOSA account they will give you problems plus their refund process is after 14 working days services sucks.

This company is not good. I had registered for a course but had to do a pre-requisite. I paid an amount of R1800 and they cancelled the course I was register on and moved me to introduction to ISO:9001. I still have a balance on my account that I can use to register for the initial course. When I want to use that balance I’m unable to. They take me from pillar to pillar. A lady by the name of Mandy was supposed to assist but she has gone MIA. Guys please be careful!

This company is not good. I had registered for a course but had to do a pre-requisite. I failed their introduction to somtrak and was not even informed about the results being out I had to find out from classmates that they had received their results . When enquiring about a rewrite I ask for my script and was told to pay a fee of 400 for my own script and when I told the lady I was on the phone with that thats a **** she responded by sayin "I am the one who came to them" I do not recommend
