On the 28th August I called in spoke to a consultant Noluthando Mthembu ..She assure me there's space still available for Intro to Samtrac Westville branch for 15 to 19 September (which is today) .. I confirmed on the call that in 5 minutes ill email her proof of payment and booking form ..which I did I have the emails as proof ..and phone records as well... Today my cousin is at the college and she is told she never booked for her they can't find her ID number on the system .. Whose fault is that? Shouldn't Nosa try to resolve thos since it's their staff's negligence not to do their job ? We paid R10 470 .00 for the course , R1000 for transport and R1800 for accomodation for her to be there specifically this week .. How should we going to recon these financial losses ?
Today 18 July 2025 at 9 am I bought Dutch oven cast iron pots clearly advertised in Blue color..I also clicked blue but on confirmation is says red ..I did not want red pots ..I immediately called the contact center spoke to consultant (Lunga) who told me they do not have Blue in their stock.. Why advertise something you clearly do not have ? .I asked him to cancel my order and facilitate a refund ...I have recieved 2 calls (mistaking for someone else calls from Makro ) there are many complaints apparently ! I am yet to get an email to confirm my cancelation and get my refund ..Dissapointed at Makro
19 August I ordered online Fort Knox locks and handles to be delivered on 26 August ..Till today 14th September I haven't recieved my order ..When I call the online contact centre I am promised they will check with the store and come back to me NO ONE has ever come back to me ..It's the second time I'm dissapointed to buy at Leroy Merlin ..
Malinda Van Niekerk from Boksburg branch gas been amazing I bought a folding door and there was a delay in delivery ..She personally made sure she to check up on my delivery and was in communication with me and made sure I get my refund that was due to me ..Great service

I bought a sleepmasters Seattle bed 152 cm on black Friday 2 years ago ..Now the springs of the bed are hurting me it's just thee worst Brand I've ever used ....I don't enjoy my sleep anymore bed time has become a worry because of this bed
08/03 /23 ... My mother bought a R99 combo she 72 years old and was charged R400 meaning normal prices ..I went to the store today and they give me lame excuse that the spaghetti on the combo is finished on shelves they can only offer me rejects on the back ..It is Un acceptable to me ..I have laid a complaint to the head office because..she had asked a shop attendant on th isle which spaghetti and their cameras can confirm this ...And also at the till she asked the cashier why the price is not adjusting and she said it's because she is buying other stuff as well ..only when we get home check the slip and we realise she had been individually charged for each item not as a combo of R99 ...What repulsed me is the attitude these so called Managers are giving us as paying customers..As we speak the posters are on about the special whilst they claim they have no spaghetti on stock ..why still advertise though? And why mislead people when they enquire and say any cheap spaghetti is for the combo ? And why rob a 72 year old of her pension money? So they even think we use petrol ,money and time in these to and from ? They are not even willing to meet customer halfway in terms of exchanging the spaghetti and giving my mom the Combo she had come to buy instead of robbing ethe elderly...
at Umzimkhulu Pep De bruyn Mall manager Neli refusedme my consumer right to prove displayed on item that was on display...Lace curtain grey in colour displayed R79 ... At the till was R90...worst service worst manager very dissapointed.
I bought a phone on 27 November (black friday) @07:15am paid for it.. On 30th November i missed a call on my phone 10 minutes later i called the number back it was Mr price cellular... I gave them my order confimation number.. They cant find my order.. But money went thru.. I sent emails and today the 3rd of december im told my order was cancelled and they will refund me in 7 days...i dont have a phone and dont have my money for a week now and im told to wait another week... They didnt even ask for my bank details.. Terrible Terrible customer service.. Nomalizo Malamlela
