⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Heartfelt Appreciation for Dr. Minnaar & Partners I’ve always had an immense fear of the dentist, especially injections — but my recent visit with Dr. Goli, his amazing assistant, and Zelda completely changed that! Both my 3-year-old son and I had our appointments together, and the team made us feel so comfortable. Dr. Goli and his assistant were gentle, kind, and so patient — even holding my hand during the injections! They were fantastic with my son too, turning his visit into something fun and exciting. Zelda was absolutely wonderful during our cleaning, letting my son choose his toothpaste flavour and explaining everything to him. Since then, my little boy has proudly told all his friends about his great experience at the dentist — something I never thought I’d hear! As a mom, I’m beyond proud of him and deeply grateful to this incredible team for making the experience so positive for both of us. Highly recommended — friendly, caring, and professional from reception to the dental chair! 💙

All about money. *************. Be very carefull before you fo there. Got a quote for a procedure that would take a year to complete. I paid cash in advance. At the last stage of the procedure the asked for another 20K. Their excuse: Normal yearly increase. How can you quote, get paid and then ammend it. I am a pensioner and needles to say, the procedure was never completed as i did not have more money. They should be ashamed. Be careful. Only your money matters there

They charge you for everything, even follow-up appointments that are only necessary because of their mistakes. There’s zero customer service. They won’t pick up the phone to discuss your results, but the moment they want money, suddenly they’re available. It's all about the money with them, not the care, not the service, just money, money, money.

I' had an appointment to clean my teeth and I am so disappointed the lady by the name of Daniella who was cleaning my teeth she poked my gums to an extent that it started bleeding I felt so much pain she didn't even care. I think she took advantage because I said I'm a pensioner within 30 minutes she was done cleaning my teeth without even polishing it and my metal fillings still looks dark. I didn't even felt like I was from the dentist as my mouth was not feeling fresh

This is such a fabulous practice. From the moment you enter the gates and you're greeted by their friendly security, to walking through their stunning garden and into the practice. This dentistry work efficiently and they're on the basic medical aids. I have had a lot of work done here and I have to say I have been mostly impressed. If you need any bridges etc done... This is the place. What I have found is that over December the usual dentists go on leave and they seem to get dentists to help out that I feel maybe don't have the same experience. I've had one bad experience where I had to go back 3 times and the dentist couldn't figure out what was going on. In the end another dentist saw me and turns out the filling was bulging and that caused the pain from the pressure from my top teeth. So if you want the best service, maybe don't go over Christmas or New Years. Other than that, amazing place, amazing technology, amazing staff and dentists.

Absolutely disgusting service from yourselves. I phoned to make an appointment. Advised my medical aid had changed. Gave the details. Went as far as emailing my card and the woman I spoke to said okay we will phone to confirm benefits. Get there on the day . Get told I need a root canal, me thinking everything has been confirmed I said okay let's start. There after I get told nope I need pay in which I had not counted on so couldn't do and now I can't complete my root canal because of your inability to confirm benefits beforehand. So you literally let patience start procedures that need to be completed. Which now cannot be completed and I'm not at risk of massive infections etc because of your negligence. I can't afford to complete the procedure. This I malpractice on your part. Your staff is *********** and doesn't actually do what they're supposed to do. I've never felt so uncomfortable in my life , because you can't make you patience feel at ease and then onto of that I now am at risk of huge complications. I will most definitely be seeking legal advice on this matter.

For me personally I have no issue with them excellent service, they will just drain your medical aid instantly sure but worth it. but as a mother, I am ****ed!!! My daughter needs dental surgery, and I phone for confirmation of appointment because she was supposed to phone a week before to confirm details which she hasn't and the most rudest lady tells me she can but won't help me she'll phone me in two days, any person who is a parent will know it is nerve wrecking to know your child will go into surgery, just be damn KIND!!!!!

For me personally I have no issue with them excellent service, they will just drain your medical aid instantly sure but worth it. but as a mother, I am ****ed!!! My daughter needs dental surgery, and I phone for confirmation of appointment because she was supposed to phone a week before to confirm details which she hasn't and the most rudest lady tells me she can but won't help me she'll phone me in two days, any person who is a parent will know it is nerve wrecking to know your child will go into surgery, just be damn KIND!!!!!

Arrived 5 minutes late due to traffic and loadshedding mind you. Then we are turned away, and told to make another appointment, and then the next available apointment is a week later, in the mean time my wife has to sit with tooth pain for another week. This is the second appointment for a folllow up, slo what are we supposed to start the whole process again somewhere else.
