Dental gratitude
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Heartfelt Appreciation for Dr. Minnaar & Partners I’ve always had an immense fear of the dentist, especially injections — but my recent visit with Dr. Goli, his amazing assistant, and Zelda completely changed that! Both my 3-year-old son and I had our appointments together, and the team made us feel so comfortable. Dr. Goli and his assistant were gentle, kind, and so patient — even holding my hand during the injections! They were fantastic with my son too, turning his visit into something fun and exciting. Zelda was absolutely wonderful during our cleaning, letting my son choose his toothpaste flavour and explaining everything to him. Since then, my little boy has proudly told all his friends about his great experience at the dentist — something I never thought I’d hear! As a mom, I’m beyond proud of him and deeply grateful to this incredible team for making the experience so positive for both of us. Highly recommended — friendly, caring, and professional from reception to the dental chair! 💙

Dear MTN I have been submitting tickets to get my account sorted out. After my upgrade in July my account was made cash? For what reason? I have submitted my banking details numerous time. Yesterday I received a link to pay my account, paid my account which I was not happy about as this was not the contractual agreement total. But it is paid. Today you suspend my account? Everytime I renew my contract something goes wrong on my account. MTNs customer service doesn't pick up the phone when you call. Sick and tired of this pathetic service. Make payments for my account to be suspended. Let's Null and void the contractual agreement, and let me take my money elsewhere where my account will be sorted. To log a ticket doesn't help. To communicate over Instagram doesn't help. MTN is really pathetic I am not even disappointed.

I have send in my application this morning, by lunch time, Fikile phoned, explained restrictions and welcomed my husband and myself to One Plan. Impressed with how on the ball Fikile was with my emails asking about everything! Such a pleasant sales consultant at One Plan Medical Insurance
