To whom it may concern I just received a very poor service from a Phillip or Philemon at Phahladira mall shongoane shoprite liquor.He first attended a customer that was behind me on the que ,when I asked him why did he do that,he went and sat down and instructed his colleague to attend me.I then asked him what's happening ,he told me he doesn't work on the till and he didn't care what I said. I know that it is common that at Lephalale there is no customer service but today that was a record braking. Could you kindly teach your employees how valuable customers are to your business.I am very disappointed
I received terrible service from Sibusiso Mahlangu at Medirite montana early in the morning, firstly he ignored me while I was on the que, I then decided to approach him,greeted him but he still continued with packing some paperwork.When I asked him if he was open for assisting customers on his till he rudely asked me "how can I help you",very shocking how people don't value customers.I am just disappointed in the kind of service we receive as clients
I was assisted by Onthatile M ,she made me feel like I belong to the royal family,She is very good at what she does, I am extremely happy with her service 👌🏿
There is a technician called Hendrick from Marken eskom workshop,he is full of himself and he doesn't do his job crazy
We waited for about 40 minutes and finally were served by a cashier called Funzani,she spiced up the waiting by her poor service.You could tell she doesn't know were her salary comes from,no greating ,she just look at you and expect you to greet her , doesn't call next customers,when she gives you the resit she doesn't even look at you not even saying thank you. If the was a zero star I was going to choose that,you need to train your staff on how valuable a client is to them and clicks as a campony.Funzani is a champion of stinking attitude and poor customer service at your branch in Lephalale mall period!!!
Ofentse Raamano gave the best service ever today from cartrack, everything went smoothly, I felt like a valuable customer

I have recently bought a kia seltos from you and was assisted by Sipho and Itumeleng from finance department.Wow, all I can say is this guys are very good at what they do it's like they were born to do it.They made my purchase smooth and exciting at the same time, I am happy with my purchase and will definitely refer more customers to you because of the service I received from this two wonderful individuals 🙏
