Customer service agents are extremely not helpful and full of bad attitude, I cannot believe that type of a behaviour, guys out of everything you do never have business with Bayport it sucks to core noooooo!!!
Last night I called the call centre reporting the noise at Bothasig Gardens at around 23:36, I was given a reference number and I waited for the security guards to assist with informing the tenants of the issue however nothing was done, the noise kept on till around four in the morning. As I was not sleeping approximately around 02:40 (not quite to sure) one guard was doing their rounds going to the point where they scan to confirm that they have patrolled, she could not care to even go and tell them their making noise, she continued as if nothing wrong is happening. The reference number for the unattended noise call is 304882662. Iām extremely not happy with this kind of treatment from Communicare. I literally did not sleep last night whilst I reported the issue concerning the noise.
I bought the TV at Vodacom V&A Waterfront on the almost two weeks ago. I have not received any Joy since the first day of buying. I have not received the TV,instead I have been nothing but disrespected by your partner Vodacom and they have now blocked me from sending complaints to them. The experience I had in the partnership is not but a worst service ever. And today I have been kept stand still by Skynet your partner in delivery. After waiting the whole day for the driver when I called he is sleeping and he is not coming to me. What an inconvenience of being kept waiting for the T.V that will not be delivered.. I wish people can stop and be aware of how the process is all a ****
I have received a message early in the morning today that my parcel will be delivered to me. Scheduled my day accordingly cancelled meetings and remained at one place as i am waiting for my delivery. Around 10 a rude driver called me telling me to stand outside as he is coming , I explained to him where exactly I am he dropped the call,I ran out to check if his out side . He was not there I called him only to find out he went the opposite direction of where I am at Koeberg Road he went to Eersterplaat. I went back to call him again from a land line he picked up and said he will tell me when he is by the garage. I waited four hours and I called only to find out he is not coming he is sleeping, no communication nothing. The link I was sent by Skynet is not working and their office number is not picked up. I have never regrets buying from a company like I do now. VODACOM I **** !!!!!!! As well as SAMSUNG.
I have been waiting for the promised communication from a vodacom consultant after I have complained about the bad service I received after buying a Samsung TV with them till to date. There's no joy in doing business with Vodacom. It's a complete frustration. I regret doing this top up.I wish other service providers can do the best in providing these services, so that we port to them. š”š”š”š”š”
I went at V&A Waterfront store on the 01 January 2025. On the brochure there a Samsung TV deal that I got interested on and I added it on my contract. Got the voucher came home,I registered the voucher it didn't work,on the 2nd I went back to the store they tried it and it gave the consultat some tough time but he eventually did it successfully. I have been waiting for the TV from that day till now. I called the store today,unfortunately the was no solution to my issue, except being given a number to call wich I had to hold and listen to the boring song on its IVR for more than 20 minutes without any response. Mind you the number is a shared call number,so I literally wasted my airtime on top of the petrol I wasted for going back to the store to activate the voucher.
I have been calling the call center all lines are breaking, contact agents in the line are completely not enthusiastic and not professional, its shocking to experience. I have been transferred to more than four people without any help. One of the agents dropped the call instead of transferring. The contact center is completely not useful,waste of airtime and time. I have not been helped
I bought a laptop at Foschini after I have enrolled for my online studies this year. The laptop brand is connex. It started by being slow to on and eventually stopped getting on completely. I returned the laptop to the store at Canal Walk where I bought it. It was booked in for repairs, and from that day I haven't received any communication from them nor the supply, there is no turn around time for the waiting period either. Soon I am writing exams but I do not attend my classes.
I booked my Samsung phone for repairs at Makro Montague Gardens last month the phone was taken to the manufacture for repairs which was returned back to Makro Montague on the 3rd of April, however till to date i have not received the phone. Samsung has called me twice for the review of the phone, to their surprise when I informed them that the phone is still with Makro. I called Makro and I was transferred and kept waiting for 10 minutes on the line without any luck for the answer. Makro's service sucks by day.
Staff attitude towards the customers, sucks very bad. Today I went to Cedar Spar to run some few errands. Got to the veggies Isle did the avocado shopping but it was mostly hard I only got one soft avo,together with another customer who was also looking for the avocado. I then moved to the fridge for wings got them nicely marinaded,headed to the till to pay. The same women I was shopping with was at till and she informed me that there are readily ripped avos on the shelf,went straight I checked and double checked without any luck. I then asked the merchandiser on the floor for assistance. The attitude she gave me was out of this world pointing the avocado's that are hard but it's her department. Even when I was explaining that I'm sent by the customer who got soft avocado's in the shelf but I don't know which shelf, did she not say to me if I don't know how will she know. As shock as I was I went back to the till to pay for other items. Then she came to give me the avocado's with the attitude that here is what you are looking for no apology no sense of customer service, she stood at three foot distance which simply showed me disrespect. I told her that the kind of attitude is not acceptable. The cashier apologized and showed sympathy as she walked away. I then went to her to ask for her name twice as the staff in that shop has no name tags she looked away and all the customers surrounding the place were shocked by her behavior. I then walk back to my trolley then to the car. This is not the first incident I encountered in that store,the security once told me to leave the trolley whilst I was Carrying 5x5l bottles of water. But when I got to the complex five minutes later two white guys came with a trolley carring a small plastic bag. Another security Saturday at liquor didn't want to let my daughter in to buy he forcefully asked her to bring the ID when she said she has the ID in the phone he didn't want to assist still. I had to go there to buy whatever I've sent my daughter to buy. Do you think there was a sense of apology for the inconvenience caused to me for sending a 21 years old to buy but an unprofessional security decides not to supply the service. It is soo obvious that their best customers is white people in that shop hence its full of foreigners as employees. Denting the Spar image which has Checkers with excellent service as well as Food*****s.
