I am writing this complaint regarding Bothasig Gardens CommuniCare, which is now suddenly being called an Estate. Residents deserve answers, honesty, and accountability. Nothing ever seems to change at Bothasig Gardens CommuniCare, except the name. Instead of improving conditions, it feels like residents are being misled, while serious concerns about *******ion continue to grow. Many residents have been waiting 10 to 15 years and still have not received their title deeds. How can people live here for so many years and still have no ownership documents? Why has there been no proper explanation? Residents are also complaining that: Complaints are not being attended to. Rules and policies keep changing without proper communication. Some people are not receiving money owed back to them. Promises have been made repeatedly, but nothing is being delivered. How can a place that was presented as CommuniCare housing now suddenly be called an Estate, without clear answers for the people who have invested their lives and money here? We, the residents, need to stand together and demand transparency, accountability, and justice. We have been blinded by promises for long enough. Where is Mr Tokyo or those in leadership to come and see what is really happening here and address the residents’ concerns?

My name is Priscilla Ndabukelana, and I am writing to bring to your attention concerns regarding the treatment of residents and visitors at Bothasig Gardens CommuniCare in Cape Town. On 14 April 2026 and 15 April 2026, I experienced what I believe to be unprofessional and inconsistent conduct by security personnel at the entrance of the premises. Despite presenting valid identification, I was subjected to repeated questioning about my presence, which I found excessive and unnecessary. This caused delays and created an uncomfortable experience. In addition, when I requested the names of the guards on duty, they refused to provide them and were not wearing visible name badges. This raises concerns about accountability and transparency. More broadly, there appears to be inconsistency in how access control procedures are app****, which raises concerns about fairness and the general management of the property. These issues may be affecting other residents and visitors as well. I have video evidence of the interaction, which I am willing to share if required. I believe this matter may warrant further attention or investigation, particularly regarding standards of conduct, resident treatment, and management oversight at the property. Please let me know if you would be interested in looking into this matter further. I am available to provide additional details. 2.I would like to raise a serious concern about how residents and visitors are being treated at Bothasig Gardens CommuniCare, especially at the entrance by security. I believe many of us may have experienced similar issues, and it is important that we stand together as tenants. When we act as a group, our concerns are taken more seriously and we can push for real change. I suggest that we: Get more tenants involved in this discussion Share our experiences so we have a clear understanding of the issues Arrange a meeting among ourselves Appoint a few representatives to engage directly with CommuniCare and RPF (the managing agents) This will allow us to address these concerns properly and ensure fair and respectful treatment for everyone. Can Mr Tokyo ***wale come to our rescue , He launched phase 2 in Bothasig Gardens ,Cape Town in 2012 and informed us that we renting to own, 14 down the line we are told the complex has been sold, how? Because the project was funded only you Mr Tokyo can help us, please come to our rescue ,most parents has pass away living their kids stranded on the street,

I called your office today to raise concerns regarding RPF Africa for not returning my deposit Penny Bester and Dominique Smith .I signed the lease with you guys and RPF does not know anything regarding the condition of the flat ,could you please intervene before we take legal actions for both Communicare and RPF Africa this seem like a trend everyone is complaining about their deposit

I app**** 29 days ago. Last week, I was told they couldn't find my application, that they would cancel that applicatio (how, if they couldn't find it) and reapply. I did this only to be told that I have an existing application on the system. I was also told that if you earn too little or too much, you're declined. Yet, the minimim income is R1850. Why are SASSA pensioners being declined for earning too little? They either decline you or 'lose' your application

Good day Hoping this email will find you well. I have a problem with communicare with regards my outstanding deposit that they dont want to pay me,i have sent numorous emails to Shanda Opperman who is the facilities manager/team leader,she keeps saying that she is escalating this matter to the finance department. On the 24th of June they have requested for my banking details i sent it to them but till today i havent received the money,i have been waiting for 2 and a half Months already,you have helped me before i strongly believe that you guys will help me once again. Last night I called the call centre reporting the noise at Bothasig Gardens at around 23:36, I was given a reference number and I waited for the security guards to assist with informing the tenants of the issue however nothing was done, the noise kept on till around four in the morning. As I was not sleeping approximately around 02:40 (not quite to sure) one guard was doing their rounds going to the point where they scan to confirm that they have patrolled, she could not care to even go and tell them their making noise, she continued as if nothing wrong is happening. The reference number for the unattended noise call is 304882662. I’m extremely not happy with this kind of treatment from Communicare. I literally did not sleep last night whilst I reported the issue concerning the noise.

So I've been trying to get accommodation with this establishment however the response and service is terrible when calling I get "transferred" to nobody and then phone gets hung up when I eventually got thru via email I was told my application timed out cause I took to long however it was literally a few hours as I was awaiting confirmation letter from company however Vuyiseka told me that it was to late and that I should reapply which I did but when I do it says that my application is still in process so can someone please tell me what am I doing wrong or is it just lack of incompetence.
