Deposit money
I called your office today to raise concerns regarding RPF Africa for not returning my deposit Penny Bester and Dominique Smith .I signed the lease with you guys and RPF does not know anything regarding the condition of the flat ,could you please intervene before we take legal actions for both Communicare and RPF Africa this seem like a trend everyone is complaining about their deposit

Unfair practices and questionable advice
I app**** 29 days ago. Last week, I was told they couldn't find my application, that they would cancel that applicatio (how, if they couldn't find it) and reapply. I did this only to be told that I have an existing application on the system. I was also told that if you earn too little or too much, you're declined. Yet, the minimim income is R1850. Why are SASSA pensioners being declined for earning too little? They either decline you or 'lose' your application

Outstanding deposit
Good day Hoping this email will find you well. I have a problem with communicare with regards my outstanding deposit that they dont want to pay me,i have sent numorous emails to Shanda Opperman who is the facilities manager/team leader,she keeps saying that she is escalating this matter to the finance department. On the 24th of June they have requested for my banking details i sent it to them but till today i havent received the money,i have been waiting for 2 and a half Months already,you have helped me before i strongly believe that you guys will help me once again. Outstanding deposit
Good day Hoping this email will find you well. I have a problem with communicare with regards my outstanding deposit that they dont want to pay me,i have sent numorous emails to Shanda Opperman who is the facilities manager/team leader,she keeps saying that she is escalating this matter to the finance department. Poor Service
Last night I called the call centre reporting the noise at Bothasig Gardens at around 23:36, I was given a reference number and I waited for the security guards to assist with informing the tenants of the issue however nothing was done, the noise kept on till around four in the morning. As I was not sleeping approximately around 02:40 (not quite to sure) one guard was doing their rounds going to the point where they scan to confirm that they have patrolled, she could not care to even go and tell them their making noise, she continued as if nothing wrong is happening. The reference number for the unattended noise call is 304882662. I’m extremely not happy with this kind of treatment from Communicare. I literally did not sleep last night whilst I reported the issue concerning the noise.

Bad service
So I've been trying to get accommodation with this establishment however the response and service is terrible when calling I get "transferred" to nobody and then phone gets hung up when I eventually got thru via email I was told my application timed out cause I took to long however it was literally a few hours as I was awaiting confirmation letter from company however Vuyiseka told me that it was to late and that I should reapply which I did but when I do it says that my application is still in process so can someone please tell me what am I doing wrong or is it just lack of incompetence.

Bad service
Pending application needs to be cancelled I have a bad experience in Communicare I have app**** before but the application was not successful so I want to apply again it’s showing that I have a pending application so I can’t apply until the application is being cancelled. Have tried to contact communicare I don’t get any help the only thing they do is to transfer my call I have to hold until my call is hanged up I’m not happy at all several times trying to call them no help this is very unprofessional won't recommend any1 too phone them

My late Granny refund
My Granny passed on last year October. She Lived at Musgrave park for over 20 years. She had an interest bearing account with these people. I've sent someone working there Rushaan Ariefdien 8 emails she has rep**** 5 times not 8. The answers are all 1 liners. I received all formality emails no detailed explanations of anything. The main highlight was if I don't get all the documents then bye bye refund. I asked for an accumulative amount that is owed to my late Granny. They sent me which I can only assume is a snip from a spreadsheet with cramped columns therefor I cant see the dates over the period for which the interest was received. I cant see if its over 1 year or over 20 years but they not answering me fully. I get stonewall answers or no answer. I was told upfront without all documents its ******** to refund my mom the money - which I understand I got 95% of the docs just need letter of auth but I want to know what the amount due is so that I can figure out if its worth my time and money to go to court and get one but its starting to sink in that my mom is never getting this refund. I've posted this on Goodfind properties as well I see you guys have the same website so I'm assuming you are affiliated.
