Lazy cashiers

I encountered some of the laziest service I've ever endured at Pick n Pay. I put my basket on the counter and the cashier looks at me, instead of unloading the basket, I have to do it, and then instead of swiping my card I have to hold it in front of the scanner. She also took infinite amount of time in taking my money and giving me change. Please employ my capable people. It's no wonder this company's going out of business even though they apparently keep trying to deny it.

For as long as I can remember the chocolate and madeira cakes at OK Eversdal have always been to the right of the counter of the bakery. I asked the woman behind the counter if they had any and she said no. So I left assuming that they didn't have what I wanted and bought something else instead, but then I got to the car and someone tells me that they've been moved. Why can't you people keep things in the same place as they usually are and why aren't your staff properly informed about your products?

Can't cancel

I need to cancel my dstv subscription. I can't do that through their website or app despite trying. They told me that the account holder must do it but my dad can't because he has severe dementia and we need to cancel dstv to afford to care for him.

Didn't process my payment

I ordered takealot vouchers from egifts, and they claimed that they had issues receiving payments from FNB. Granted, I only lost a few hundred rand, but that puts a dent in my Christmas shopping plans.

Didn't get my order.

I ordered 2 Takealot vouchers and used the correct reference, paid the correct amount, sending them proof of payment, and a week later I still haven't received my order. They said it was the banks' fault. The first time they *****ed up; probably the last time I'll ever deal with them.

I had to obtain a copy of my doctor's prescription and send it to them, and the email bounced several times at two of their email addresses.

Need help in getting a claim

I need help in claiming passival off of medical aid. Have tried before to no avail, although they said they would review another medication. I have a NAPPI code for it.
