Hallo everyone! I usually shop at the ok foods at Fontainebleau. I can’t express how disappointing the quality of food is there. On several occasions i have seen flies in the food. The prices are sky high while they serve us absolutely trash. I don’t even know how they operate in that kitchen because I terrified of going in there. The food they sell tastes old and yucky. I have always supported that store but enough is enough i am going to take legal action because how can you serve people such trash. They literally leave food for days on the shelves and if no one wants to buy it they put it half price 😂😂😂. Someone come help us please

My recent experience with OK Foods in Maitland was profoundly disappointing and reflects an alarming lack of professionalism, accountability, and basic customer service. My boyfriend visited the store to purchase a milk tart for me along with several other groceries. The cashier packed the milk tart together with the rest of the items in the same bag. Any reasonable person working in retail should understand that a milk tart is an extremely delicate dessert and must be packed separately to prevent damage. Unsurprisingly, by the time he arrived home and we live right next to the store the milk tart was completely destroyed and falling apart due to the careless way it had been packed. I returned to the store myself to politely request a replacement, as the damage was clearly caused by the store’s improper handling. To my absolute disbelief, the person who refused to assist was not just a staff member, but the manager herself. Rather than taking responsibility or attempting to resolve the issue, she dismissed the situation entirely and refused to replace the item. What makes this situation even more concerning is that my boyfriend has expressed feeling uncomfortable shopping at this store because certain staff members repeatedly ask him to buy them items such as water or even give them money. Although he has helped them before out of kindness, the constant requests create an inappropriate and unprofessional environment for customers. He even mentioned to them that we would no longer be supporting the store after this experience which is particularly disappointing considering that we shop there almost every day. Loyal customers should be valued, not dismissed. In addition to this, the staff frequently display poor attitudes and a lack of basic courtesy. Instead of creating a welcoming shopping environment, the atmosphere feels hostile and unprofessional. It is extremely disappointing that even the manager the very person responsible for upholding standards and resolving customer concerns demonstrated such disregard for customer care and accountability. I am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with the treatment I received at OK Foods Sunnyridge today. I have been a loyal customer for the past four years, and never expected to experience something like this in a store I have supported for so long. The incident took place at the bakery section, where I was treated in a way that made me feel completely disrespected and dehumanized. The staff showed no concern for how I felt and handled the situation in a very dismissive and hostile manner. Instead of being treated like valued customers, I was made to feel as though I did not matter at all. What made the situation even worse was that this all happened in front of the manager. Rather than trying to calm the situation or offer any form of apology, the manager verbally attacked me. It felt like it was four people against one customer. I felt completely unheard and unsupported. As a Black customer, the way we were treated left me feeling deeply discriminated against. It made me question whether we would have been treated differently if the color of our skin was different. I truly believed that ****** was something society was moving past, but experiences like this make it feel very far from over. The situation became so frustrating and upsetting that I eventually responded with vulgar language out of anger and hurt. I will admit that I reached that point because I felt cornered, bul****, and ignored. I ended up leaving the store and abandoning the groceries I had already purchased because I simply could not continue shopping in that environment. After four years of supporting this store, it is incredibly disappointing to walk away feeling humiliated and discriminated against. No customer should ever feel bul****, ignored, or attacked when raising a concern. If this is how customers are treated, then it is truly shameful. Poorly Trained Managers & Staff, False Advertising, Incorrect Pricing and unprofessional managers on duty, definitely not a store I would visit on a daily basis except when I'm in hurry, otherwise I'd drive all the way to where ever, for professional services and friendly staff

Service terrible, nothing on there shelves for weeks, this place seriously falling apart. Never experienced this on the 38 year's staying on Doornpoort, and there prices insane and rediculous.

I go to OK Minimarks often because they conveniently situated but I'm not sure what went wrong with OK Minimarket Paarden Eiland. I can't remember that shopping there was ever without hassles. If they have the product, the brand they stocking is totally bad and if they have the brand the price displayed on the shelve and that at the till point differ.

Very disappointed at the blatant ****** and rude remarks made by cashier to other cashier about customers. This is the 3rd time this specific cashier has done this and I really do not understand how the owner is ok with this attitude!!!
