Unhappy shopping experience!!
OK foods fairways,, Marburg Port Shepstone. Shopping here is great,but when there's an issue the manager/supervisor does not know how to handle the situation(Indian guy).his arrogance was not appreciated.i noticed this on three different occasions,when customers complained about something including myself, his always backing the staff members up . "saying my staff would never do that ".there are many things that go unnoticed.like the item I went to buy today that had the wrong label on it, he insisted on saying it came off another item , surprisely it was directly on top of the existing label. That is definitely one of the staff members that labelled it at the wrong price.but no he insisted by saying he couldn't help me and his staff would never do that .I've been a loyal customer here for couple of years,but I'm not happy after this experience,and definitely will consider shopping else where if need be.Instead of trying to help and assist a customer like he should.they should also take off the expired items off the shelves. One must be very cautious of shopping here.expired items and then this man's attitude.He chose rather to side with the staff. If something is priced at a certain price the item should be sold at that price irrespective of who made that mistake.because that is false advertising.but this guy has a book of excuses! You not making a good name for OK foods.
