Cheesed off

For as long as I can remember the chocolate and madeira cakes at OK Eversdal have always been to the right of the counter of the bakery. I asked the woman behind the counter if they had any and she said no. So I left assuming that they didn't have what I wanted and bought something else instead, but then I got to the car and someone tells me that they've been moved. Why can't you people keep things in the same place as they usually are and why aren't your staff properly informed about your products?
