Poorly Trained Managers & Staff, False Advertising, Incorrect Pricing and unprofessional managers on duty, definitely not a store I would visit on a daily basis except when I'm in hurry, otherwise I'd drive all the way to where ever, for professional services and friendly staff
What an unprofessional Pharmacist, rude, unkind and extremely inhuman. My mother in law of 78 yrs old needed a repeat on her prescription, Miskah Ramduki simply refused and turned her away. My mother in law is here in town all the way from Vredendal for a knee operation and had to stand again in the queue until another beautiful pharmacist with the name of Thabisa Kadeni, put in the effort and called Vredendal for a reverse Code. Loyally assisted the client to the t of perfect. Miskah had an stink attitude and just brushed her off, definitely in the wrong field. Poorly trained.
Rudest, owner, staff, salesman, cheats his customers into poor quality, and overcharged for products, had a key copied yesterday, and the key litterally snapped in half, shame they must be so desperate to earn a buck, that's why they feel the need to cheat their customers. Never ever support this company. They don't even respect South Africa's consumers rights.
As a transporting company we always maintain our vehicles, spends thousands every month, at Midas Strand, so doing scholar transport, our vehicles cannot stand for long and needs to keep moving. Bought 2 clutch masters from them in 3months time and eventually returned one after 3weeks, their moto is it needs to be returned to the supplier, so I am forced to wait for however long😡 what a stupid and cheap service company, then I'm not even guaranteed to get my credit or money back. So I bought one from Masterparts and it works, clutch is smoothe and soft. The salesman told me that it's not what is wrong with my vehicle after I spent a R4000 on re doing over my entire gearbox. Now I honestly wana see what they have to say after it is returned from the supplier. Since they know better.
The logo we mos family is an absolute lie, they give false advertising, incorrect labeling, poorest service ever. I am definitely going to expose them for who they really are. Extremely disappointed, managers has no authority, or respect for customers.
Absolutely worse service ever received from the manager Imran at Broadway. Poorly trained prices labeled incorrectly and argues disrespectfully in front of staff. Very unprofessional. Price see is the price the customer gets. Will never shop there again. Disgusting for a Muslim.
Beside the the amazing service, when I walked in on this blessed Monday, I found Strand branch extremely dirty, it was actually disgusting. Definitely needs a thorough clean up. First impressions lasts.
Oh my word, I am not even a direct customer of this insurance, but they are very unprofessional, unhelpful, poorest, terrible services ever, automatic awnsering services, no reception, hold on for 15 min then get cut off immediately. Email doesn't work, they don't get back to you at all. Not even corresponding with their direct client. They underpay quotes. Not even 1star service worth, absolutely zero starts rating.
Even after winning the case with the Ombudsman this dealership Titan Auto, questions the Ombudsman intelligence. They refuse to pay R7400 for the repair of our Combi we bought from them. How low, ruthless, cold hearted & ******** can one be. To think that we wanted to build a future with this dealership is now jeapordising our future with a chain reaction of great loss. I will never ever ever recommend anyone to consider placing yourself in debt or thinking that they can assist you will for filling a dream. They will suck you dry and leave your vehicle stripped at their mechanic. One month later after they came to tow our vehicle as per Ombudsman instruction to repair it at their cost, leaving us with no vehicle and R207 000 debt. BE CAREFUL AND BEWARE OF TITAN AUTO😭💔
Won the case at the Ombudsman after 2 months, clearly their customers are not a priority, stay away from this dealership. They came to collect our vehicle for repair, but no customer services, no update, they just give you the run around. Tomorrow will be 2 full weeks that they came to get the vehicle for repair, and even the mechanic just replies we testing and stripping. Seems like they sold us a dud for R200 000, where the fault on the engine cannot even be detected. Once they got the deal, you are on your own.
