What an awful, unfriendly, depressive, aggressive vibe!! We as customers come out of our way to drive into town to support you and are met with 2 rude, unpleasant, unfriendly individuals m. Please, this us the Frontline if your business. Surely you want them to represent you as a business? Please fire the 2 ladies serving customers at Somerset West Nain Road @ 16h20pm and replace them with people more professional, pleasant, that cam half smile and not protect a " I dont give a ****" attitude. What happened? You used to be good. I dont want to support this type of vibe P.s. food was a 4 out of 5.
I needed urgent tutoring for my son for biometry, luckily this site offered the tutoring and an urgent option, which is exactly what we needed as he was writing his exam in a few weeks. It took the tutor a week to get in touch and then never responded to follow up WhatsApp's and eventually he sent some lame excuse and no lessons materialized. All payments are upfront and to get a refund is absolutely impossible. I think this company is a bit of a ****, as the email address given for refunds is non-existent. As a single mother trying to help my son get through university on limited resources, I don't have the luxury of loosing money *********** **** institutions!
I needed to find a general location of a cellphone and found this site that allows me to subscribe and track a cellphone number of an individual. This company turns out to be a scam. They guide you through the process and the minute the monies are deducted, you constantly get the same screen popping up. You don't actually get to make use of the site at all. Luckily the fee is not enough to break the bank and luckily I only used a virtual card that I can cancel immediately. But those that might use this site, it is concerning that your bank card details are then captured on this scam site. DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!
So frustrated!!!! I had 2 judgments loaded against my name, that I didn't know about. But long story short, I settled and received the paid up letter from the attorneys. But Trans-union still has not taken it off against my name. It has been over a year now! I then got my lawyers involved, but still nothing! My lawyers have sat on calls that go on forever, they have sent through all documentation but still nothing! How exactly are we supposed to trust a site, that is not effective? Transunion are you after money again, where we only get help if we subscribe monthly? Is this another "only in SA" thing? Your credibility is being lost, but you still have no sense of urgency in rectifying issues. I will continue to tell how pathetic your service is....funny thing is, there are a lot more people agreeing with me now, than there was last year....looks like your pathetic service is becoming legendary! You are lucky you even got 1 star....I wouldn't have given you any if the app allowed it!
My 69year old mother, Carol Francis Henry applied via her doctor and individually for an authorisation code in order to under go an urgent procedure in hospital. The doctor stressed due to the chronis cancer spread on the bladder they cannot wait longer than a week to remove her bladder. It is 3 weeks of constant phoning from my mother and the doctors and still no authorisation code! This is life threatening and the attitude is, \ well, you need to wait as you are in a big pile of others also waiting!\"<br> Completely unacceptable that a woman facing a very real possibility of death, has to fight for a number to get into hospital and still has to be stressed with the time issue. She doesn't have time on her side! The longer she waits, the further the cancer spreads!!! I am appalled by Nedcor Medical and their shocking attitude and way of treating their members!! "
