I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received at your Welkom branch. On 01/03/2024, I was enticed by an offer to upgrade my contract, which included a promotional R 2000 voucher to redeem for Samsung items of my choice. However, upon attempting to claim the items I ordered using this voucher, I was met with refusal and a lack of assistance from your staff. This situation is not only disappointing but also unacceptable, as it contradicts the terms agreed upon at the time of my contract upgrade. The voucher was presented as a benefit of upgrading and should be honored as such. The refusal to provide the items I ordered has caused me inconvenience and questions the reliability of your promotional offers. I kindly request that this matter be addressed promptly. I would like the items I ordered to be provided to me as per the promotion, or an alternative solution that compensates for the inconvenience caused. I trust that MTN values its customers and will uphold its promises. Please contact me at your earliest convenience to resolve this issue. Hi MTN, Why is there never adequate service delivery in Welkom/Virginia area. You have increased the subscription cost twice in the past year yet you can still not render the service that is used as the carrot for this increase. Please do not come with Load Shedding, as we are all effected by this in South Africa yet our employers do not give us a raise based on this, but rather Job losses is on the increase. Please do not come with excuses, the subscription cost increase that was just slammed on us, should ensure that enough generators etc. is purchased to counters this excuse. What is the solution, or how do I cancel all my business and private contracts with MTN without your stupid penalty as you cannot render the service. I am paying for a full service not a service that is interrupted or never available.

Hey you failures, you are still not responding to my mails after 3 weeks. Only copy and paste answers, to what I already know you are not paying for my treatment and that i have a co-payment of R 39 629 - 00. I do not have this co-payment, what is your advice as I am still in pain every day. You fail to respond after your clinical advisers who did not even see me diagnose me differently than the Dr. who actually saw me. M y question is clear: Do you expect me to sit with the pain daily, and why is your cleaver clinical advisers not recommending other treatment if the diagnosis by the Dr who saw me is wrong? I put on record again, that I am in pain, and you are just ignoring me, on the way forward.
