Sold damaged vehicle
Vehicle arrived damaged and with issues that could not have been overlooked, two months later the vehicle is still sitting in the workshop, I am now spending all the time hunting suppliers down finding out why things are not getting sorted while the dealership seems to not care at all.

Automania Kyalami ????????????
Never support Automania Kyalami!!! I bought a vehicle from them and since day 1 I have had nothing but problems which have all been reported... Owner refuses to help out properly. I was referred to his mechanics who still to this day dont know how to fix my problems. Worst purchase of my life and my first Hello peter review!

Automania Kyalami ????????????
Never support Automania Kyalami!!! I bought a vehicle from them and since day 1 I have had nothing but problems which have all been reported... Owner refuses to help out properly. I was referred to his mechanics who still to this day dont know how to fix my problems. Worst purchase of my life and my first Hello peter review!

Extremely poor service from Automania in Midrand
I bought a Porsche Cayenne, used car at Automania in Midrand. When I was driving the car out of the car dealer it reported that the right back tyre is inflated, and I didn’t know what that means. I balanced the tyre but the problem insisted. I then got it checked, and a scary discovery of misaligned tyre shocked my life, on top of that there was a patch on the same tyre and a nail. I had to patch it because I could not buy a new tyre. After two months when I was registering the car on my name, it required roadworthy test. I took it for roadworthy test and it failed due to tyres that were not in a good condition and I was advised to buy new sets of tires. I was shocked because I have been driving the car for 2 months. I called Gareth from Automania who was my salesman and explained everything. He told Automania cannot assist me with tyres because with them 2 months ago the car passed roadworthy test in Midrand. So I had to buy all 4 tyres in order for the car to pass roadworthy, and I spent about R12000.00, which I believe is the costs that were suppose to be incurred by Automania before they sold the car. I feel they took advantage of me by not changing tyres and am sure the inflating tyre notification was there and they saw it but decided to do nothing about. I want my full refund from Automania.

Very bad service
On the 15th of March 2017, I purchased a vehicle from Automania in Kyalami, Midrand. This was a second hand sales but prior to the sale, I have requested the sales agent for a test drive and he told me that he was not allowed to do that. So I went ahead and purchased the vehicle BMW M5 e39 and took it straight to a mechanic for check up and analysis. So many faults were diagnosed on the vehicle which I reported back to the sales person. He spoke to the owner which only agreed to refund R7000.00 which was just for the brakes repairs as well as brake disc. I then referred the matter to the motor industry ombudsman which failed to resolve the matter. I went ahead and incur the repair charges which cost R43990.00. I have sent proof of quotation to the dealership and still would not agree to assist. How can you assist to solve these extra charges.

Non Existant Warrenties on Sports cars

Out of this world service.
I have been declined 3 times on car finance and was refered to Mohamed from AMSA.Sent him all my documents and told him i need any car.Within an hour he got back to me and explained why i was not wining with finance and told me how he will tackle the deal.he had more passion in geting me finance then i had in getting myself a car.2 days later i drove of in my polo vivo gt all tnx to AMSA and Mohamed.

Bad Customer Experience from AUTOMANIA
Hardly trusting any Motor Sale Garage because of so many Scams and Con Artists I took a chance with Automania Kyalami as I have my car washed frequently at their garage, because of this we saw a Mini on the used car stand. <br> <br> I contacted Darryl to enquire. He said it was still available and I advised that we will come through a the end of the day to view the car. I phoned him again later in the day to advise that we are coming through and this time he said someone already put a deposit down and will come back to me. I haven't heard anything from him since.<br> <br> My wife phoned today and spoke to Stephen who confirmed that the car is still available.<br> <br> It doesn't seem like Automania is interested in getting business. Where is the customer service? I won't be supporting them now as something like this makes a huge difference in looking for a car, not to mention lack of honesty!<br> <br> The slogan on your website \Exceptional service &
