<p>I own a Renault Scenic 7 seater, which was taken to Automax on 11 November 2016. I was told a new alternator needs to be ordered from overseas, but I would have the car back after 21 days. I accepted and planned my holidays around it. When I called to collect the car yesterday I was told the alternator has not yet arrived. This morning I receive an email saying they have no idea when it will arrive. I have a paid planned holiday road trip to Knysna from tomorrow with no vehicle. This is terrible service and massive consequences for me and my family. I will never recommend anyone to use them, ever! My holiday is ruined.</p>
