I recently purchased a BMW 320d from Autosport Motor City. Within less than three months of ownership, the vehicle developed a serious mechanical fault — the crank pulley broke. I had to purchase the replacement component myself and also pay for the labour costs to have it repaired. I then raised this matter with the salesman, Riyaadh, to enquire whether there is any possibility of reimbur*****t for these expenses, as the fault occurred so soon after purchase. Unfortunately, I have not yet received any feedback or response regarding this issue.
