Reimbur*****t of purchase of replacement component
I recently purchased a BMW 320d from Autosport Motor City. Within less than three months of ownership, the vehicle developed a serious mechanical fault — the crank pulley broke. I had to purchase the replacement component myself and also pay for the labour costs to have it repaired. I then raised this matter with the salesman, Riyaadh, to enquire whether there is any possibility of reimbur*****t for these expenses, as the fault occurred so soon after purchase. Unfortunately, I have not yet received any feedback or response regarding this issue.

Great service all round
Excellent service all round from the team at Autosport Motorcity Enquiry started on Thursday with Uzair and trade in value agreed over the phone Finance approved with Elana on Friday at an excellent rate Vehicle delivered and trade in picked up Tuesday with frequent updates every step of the way by Yusuf And all my questions answered without hesitation. Absolutely world class service and an excellent quality pre-owned vehicle. All info disclosed up front and no surprises Could not have asked for better service

Amazing!
What an amazing experience with Waseem & the Autosport team! I purchased a Porsche from Autosport, a week after taking delivery we discovered that the water system had a fault which would cost R60k to repair. Any other dealership would simply say “sorry, it’s your problem!” and throw the dreaded “Voetstoets” at you! Not Autosport, they owned the problem and made sure that it was resolved, not by some backyard service supplier, but by Porsche themselves. I really appreciate how they went to such high extremes to keep me happy as a customer, I also appreciate how trustworthy they are & how much they stick to their word! Considering the amount of sharks out there it’s amazing to see that there are still good people who are committed to doing the right thing
