Deeply Disappointed – CMH Ford Menlyn Refuses to Assist Just 1 Month Out of Warranty I’m writing this out of frustration with Ford South Africa and especially CMH Ford Menlyn. I own a Ford EcoSport with just under 75,000 km. The vehicle is only one month out of warranty and already has two serious faults: - A cracked engine mounting - An oil leak from the timing chain cover It’s driven by a 70-year-old lady, barely over 100 km/h, and has been bought and fully serviced at Ford Menlyn. Despite that, they refused any goodwill assistance. These issues are not normal wear and tear and should not be happening at this mileage. If this is how Ford supports its customers, I won’t be buying another—and I’ll strongly warn others against it.
Been down a week VOX is useless.Support department has no idea wat they are doing Manager not calling back or assisting. Openserve just as useless been down for a week!!!!! How is this acceptable????
Worst experience ever called in multiple times with just being pushed on from one consultant to another. Had a loan settled in 2018 and for some reason still with your legal department how is this even possible ? No one seems to be able to assist I do not understand I have a settlement letter ? Can you please assist ?
Worst Sevice!!! Been waiting since 22November for feedback as to when a unit will be repaired emails are being ignored!!!! Unit has been booked for repair still no communication!!!!
Been trying for 6 months to upgrade from your old cards to the new worst experience I have received to think I wanted to move all my banking to you!! Still getting the same **** answer when I call in wait 48 hours before the error can be removed well I waited 6 months still nothing has changed!!! Please have someone contact me to resolve the issue if you are to incompetent to do so please close the account!
Good Day I have settled my account in 24 July already Vodacom only sent my paid up letter 19 Aug after numerous calls. Now on the 6th of September my account still shows against my credit record and has not been updated. I have emailed your Legal department and was informed my account would be updated by 4th September as it takes 14 days still no luck of being updated Ref : EC-1Z2V-228SN1 Account : I3644323-9 Can i please speak to someone that is willing to assist me ??
Worst experience ever!!!! called cartrack to remove my tracker and reinstall into my new vehicle a form was sent that had to be completed this was done and sent back on 28/11/2019 i received a call on 2/12/2019 explaining to the guy that i have already bought a new car and the old unit needs to be removed urgently i have been trying from the 2nd till now to get this scheduled called in a few times asking to speak to the manager and the phone just gets put down this is unacceptably service!!!!!!!
Good Day, I have been busy for 2 months now trying to settle my account but there is not a single person that can assist me. My account was handed over to MBD according to Vodacom i have called them to make arrangements to settle the account but they have informed me that the account was retracted by Vodacom. Vodacom respond that its been handed-over all i want to do is settle the account and move on can someone please assist me i have been busy for 2 months now.
