Very disappointed

I bought a radio advertised on their social media platforms. I received the order on Friday, then today which is Sunday my friend asked to see it. I decided to open the box before installing Monday, only to find a used radio with burnt connecters inside. I'm very disappointed. All my excitement down the drain
