Order number #697644 , recently interact with This business and received bad and poor Service from there agent Fareed ,order my goods on the 31 October 2025 , received my goods 11 days later , because this business,on my order,no stock on hand , this will be the last time I will be using your services,I will rather interact with a business, such as Makro ,I ordered my goods online on Saturday,goods arrived on Sunday 2 pm , that's service,not I must call ,did payments reflect,when I going to collect my goods ,so if I did not complaint about ,as you inconvenience me ,you should have never delivered my goods on your account,you as a business will never recommend or used your initiatives ,I am very disappointed in your services,check on my orders previously, either I have been refunded or order been cancelled,so when you place an order ,stock and accessories available,when it comes on your order ,no stock ,good business strategy,no more ,I rather deal with Makro ,ask them , don't be shy ,how there business flourish.

I would've given a 0 star if available. They completely messed up my car. I out a whole new sound system and speakers, everything bought by them. They took 8 hours just to mess up my car, indicator sounds dont work anymore, seatbelt sounds dont and my back passenger door does not open anymore. They also left all their tools in my car and did not put anything back. They really really messed up my car. Now taking it to a different sound shop to do the job I paid autostyle to do. Useless service. Dont know what they are doing. Dont go take your car to get sound Installed.

This is now the second time I order parts from Autostyle as it shows stock is available. Then after a lengthy period they suddenly send an email that they don't have stock. Whoever is doing their stock control and also their ecommerce web database is not doing their job very well and this is causing delays for their customers.

You order a product through a 3rd party Makro, and Autostyle pack ******* in the parcel, nothing near what you ordered. And then don't respond to any of their advertised channels.....very very disappointing

Worst customer experience I've ever received. Purchaser door speakers, didn't like them as they sounded bad so I returned them on the spot. I was then told my refund will be processed into my account. 2 weeks later, no refund. When I call them they tell me to call the bank. Bank says no refund has been processed by the said merchant. When I call autostyle they tell me to whatsapp the query. When I whatsapp they tell me to call.

Waited in store for close to 2 hours for one part!! Bachaan tried his best to assist but the store management is terrible They have parts available online and on their store system but tell customers it's sold out Pathetic experience

Highly recommended! Both In-Store and Online. I've been purchasing; especially Online and NEVER had an issue with Parts; Payment and Orders! Excellent Customer Service; Excellent Online Service and Value for Money for Parts & Accessories! JHB Headquarters never failed me and neither has Durban Umhlanga Store. As soon as you walk through the door; A Sales Assistant IMMEDIATELY approaches to assist! This proves their Willingness and Customer Service which is something that was lost in Retail along the way; as time passed. Im exceptionally satisfied with EVERYTHING about Autostyle! Again I say; they've NEVER Failed Me! Big ups to the WHOLE Team at Autostyle Motorsport! I Pray nothing but Eternal Blessings over each and every one of the Souls working for; and concerned by the Company! I'll keep Purchasing and Recommending to others!
