Poor quality products DIY headlight restoration ,does not work as indicated
Order number #697644 , recently interact with This business and received bad and poor Service from there agent Fareed ,order my goods on the 31 October 2025 , received my goods 11 days later , because this business,on my order,no stock on hand , this will be the last time I will be using your services,I will rather interact with a business, such as Makro ,I ordered my goods online on Saturday,goods arrived on Sunday 2 pm , that's service,not I must call ,did payments reflect,when I going to collect my goods ,so if I did not complaint about ,as you inconvenience me ,you should have never delivered my goods on your account,you as a business will never recommend or used your initiatives ,I am very disappointed in your services,check on my orders previously, either I have been refunded or order been cancelled,so when you place an order ,stock and accessories available,when it comes on your order ,no stock ,good business strategy,no more ,I rather deal with Makro ,ask them , don't be shy ,how there business flourish.

Received disguisted service from the 2 ladies at reception on the 28 October 2025. I visited your practice and they refused to assist me , because they wanted to know which plan I currently on and insisted that as a medical aid member I need to know which plan my wife pays on a monthly basis ,and I also produced my ID document and refuse to make contact with Discovery.I am a pensioner , senior citizen of South Africa,where my wife checked the panel if you or registered to service Discovery medical aid members and she referred me to your practice.i will inform discover medical scheme about the event ms taken place at your practice on the ,28 October 25

You bought the wrong bearings for my vehicle and refuse to reimburse me , there was a Ford Focus that keeps on returning due to mechanical failure. Upon re-assemble the engine block ,there were much for faults,,at the end I sold my vehicle, because it was to costly to repair and replace engine components.

So my question,since your are professional and have the mechanical and electrical knowledge, why was these faults not founded on the 22.03.2023 ,you say that on the 22.03.2023 reviving the Polo wiring from the engine to the computer box ,but on the 27.03.23 ,only on this day you decide to tell me that the computer box meets to be replaced.On the 22.03.2023 , removing old crank sensor and put in new .so to decided to invoice my again on the 25.03.2023 , replacement of the crankshaft sensor ,how many crankshaft sensors does a 2095 polo 1.6 have ? On the 22.03.2023 ,paid to in total R9500.00 and yet my Polo did not start ,I will never recommend or use your uselessness, pathetic, ridiculous,no mechanical and electrical knowledge services again .So me you knocked me ,you ****** . Yes I indeed called you and cancelled your services, telling you that I will get someone to start ,fix the my car ,so I can sell it . because you and your lack of mechanical and electrical knowledge wasting my time .You so me in May 2025 , driving pass me and you so me and you look away , meaning you recognise me and feel guilty.,you know why you feel guilty,your conscience are killing you for coming me ,ripping me off, *****ing from me ,knocking me and telling me lies upon lies ,lies ,lies,lies .Good luck *****ing from your customers, consumers ,client ,and general public.
Your Headlight Restoration Kit cleaning my vehicle headlights did not work,but I will recommend your product, especially this product, I then used to clean my flatscreen TV screen,mirrors ,my wall unit mirror,bathroom mirrors ,this product for my household works wonders .
This idiot of a mechanic oversealed my sump with sealant ,over the years because he oversealed the sump , because of the heat of the engine and the sealant is made of a rubber substant ,it smelterd and block the oil filter pump, overtime and because of this ,I seized my engine block ,and this idiot of a mechanic cost me R76351.81 ,I will never used or recommend this mechanic.
