My daughter bought a second hand BAIC Beijing X55 Elite from Kloof Cars in Durban. From tbe first contact to the pickup and registration they have been friendly and helpful. What a refreshing experience when we all know how terrible it can be. Thank you Lara, Rodney. Garth and all other involved. Great service!
It's is now 06:30 and my UberX I booked is still not here and the driver details has still not come through. For a fee of R1300 I would expect professional service. If I miss my flight today, Uber will refund me and pay my flight costs
Webuycars just did an evaluation on my daughter's excellent condition 2015 BMW X3 2.0 X-Drive and offered her 150K. They cited visible resprays. I know for a fact they are talking **** because I am a car rebuilder. These idiots would say anything to a woman to get her to sell for less. Shame on them and their ethics.
I see Uber Cape Town deducted R50.00 from my account. How long has this been going on because I have no subscriptions with a Uber except once in a blue moon transport use but that is prepaid. So I want answers and a refund of all months. I will als tbe bank to check for me. This is *****!
I recently started assisting my daughter to buy a new car and the first dealership we contacted was Mahindra Fourways. I noted to them that I have an excellent condition 2015 BMW X3 Executive 2.0D X-drive with full BMW service history to trade and that there is a settlement. I did my homework and a few dealerships gave me an estimation of R160K but I expected a bit more. Gues what, Mahindra Fourways offered me R110K... This car sell on Cars.co.za and other online car sales sites minimum R170K up to R300K. So, I take this as an insult from Mahindra Fourways as they clearly were out to do us in. And they send me an email from a no-reply email address. Typical of an unprofessional dealership. Pathetic
Lately they send out email saying that the Natis has been blocked due to an infringement. I checked. I have no outstanding fines, no infringements. Yet, these ****bags try to stay alive by threatening the public. I am reporting them to the traffic department, ICASA.
I am currently on business in Standerton and the MTN data and voice quality is horrific. They say nothing is wrong but apparently the whole town has been complaining. I can barely do my work with the 700ms latency and 1mbps ping.
This is now the second order that the Amazon seller takes my order for a large sum of money and then a few days later cancels the order and I have to wait a week to get my money back. If they do this to 10 customers, they are profiting off interests and places the customer in discomfort. Unacceptable
I called Cash Converters to report a phone that is not charging since two weeks after I purchased it but unfortunately I went on leave. I reported it now and said I would courier it to the,. They quickly noted: 1. I will be liable for courier to them (I agreed) 2. I will be liable to collect it again. 3. I will be liable for cost if its consumer fault. How can cause a phone not to charge... This is ridiculous service and customer care. I am fearful to courier it now because I know they will be able to **** or come up with stories. So, now I will drive from the Free State to them to rather take it there myself so that they cannot BS me. This is really unacceptable customer care.
This is now the second time when I call for an emergency that Hollard cannot find my details and say they can help me on a cash basis only. I have been with Hollard so long, have various policies with them and yet they cannot find me on my ID number. They are causing me so much stress on Christmas. This country is really going backwards.
