I had a very disappointing experience with Cash Converters Springs Mall. I purchased a monitor that stopped working the day after delivery. I reported the fault immediately and returned it through their arranged courier. After receiving it, the store accused me of damaging the monitor and refused to issue a refund. Communication has been poor and management never returned my call as promised. I am now left without the monitor and without a refund. Very frustrating experience.

I bought a food steamer on the 4/3/2026 did not receive it up to date So i decided to cancell the transaction now they sent courier guy to pick up the steamer. WHAT I DIDNT RECEIVE. MY MONEY GONR

Hello, Long story short, I am missing my toolset utensils, I only received the wooden rack? Spoke to lady from Blairgowrie Cash Converters, who said she personally packed the toolset inside the rack with bubble wrap, Juanita du Toit, my office administrator accepted the package and left it for me in my kitchen, opened the bubble wrap when I came back from a meeting, no utensils... The lady from Blairgowrie said she will provide CCTV where it was packed in Where are my utensils?

I placed an online order and paid for a computer monitor a week ago. I was called by the selling store, Claremont, after 3 days to be told the monitor is damaged and they will refund me rather than send the broken monitor, I agreed to this however week since placing and paying for the order I am yet to receive my refund or even get written confirmation that it is being processed. An abysmal dishonest company to deal with, neither the selling store nor head office keep their word and follow through with what they promise to do.
