False advertising and promo, long installation
False promo or advertising They sent me a message that i should request for installation as i would pay R400 and get 2 months free with free wifi thats feb and march mind you they sent me this message on the 14 of feb and im intrested as im thinking i have at least a couple of days in feb to get free wifi they called last week to tell me they so the payment so it will take 7 to 10 work days for installation im asking them why they would send me that promo knowing the installation would not happen on feb third i sent them a picture same day of the house im staying that was last week 18th of feb after complaining and sending emails they only come today on the 28th asking for same picture no word on installation feb is over and they promo is for feb and march

Poor customer service
Its been a month now complaining and send messages about their network which is poor they just sent email to say someone will contact me but still nothing but they are deducting their money and when i go to their branch im not helped im getting told they will contact me its been a month now

Worst ehailing service
Worst ehailing platform they are robbing the their drives and poor support service if you complain they just end chat with out the matter being resolved if you chat with their support you cant accept a ride or it will closed or if you cancel a ride and you confirm its a false order they dont refund you they talk about procedure wich are not there

Poor service
Worst company I have ever meet third day complaining same thing still they want details twice I sent them the details they don't give reference so you can follow up they ask same stupid question over nd over again they just vultures sucking blood out of the drives I have 2 names who assisted Me but still they can't follow up

Poor drive service
This company its abusing its drives and when a client does not pay they cant assist of give you customers contact they just say customer must pay before clients get off the vehicle and some customers they request for other people and when you pick ND drop that person the person who requested does not come out to pay or don't answer their phones or some customers pay via ewallet and you get the message tht money is being transfer and the pin but when you in the atm the is no money

Dishonesty
On the 28 around 2 am I had tyre burst when I was changing my tyres a towing truck pulled over of which I told them I'm fine I don't need they assistance when I was changing the tyre to put the spare wheel police came also to ask what I'm doing as happening I explain to them. They told me if i don't want to be arrested I shold let this tower truck company take s home and the car of which they charged me 650 which I don't have as I'm unemployed I told the police this and they insisted this guys to take me home and tower the car or I will be arrest for drinking and driving which I had few drinks during the day on the 27 so I told them i will organise the money in the morning which was 650 but when I call them on the 28th around 2pm to ask about the car they said it's 4800 if I want the car but ask the agreement was 650 why 4800 now they said for storage which I did not understand because the is no amount on the recipient they said I signed of which that signture is not mine. On Saturday 30th I called them again which I wanted to make arrangements with them they refused now the amount was 6200 I asked them how I'm gone pay that kind of amount if I don't have the car which I use sometimes to make money for rent food nd my daughters school things as I'm unemployed they said I must pay or they will repossess the car. Please assist me as I do want to pay them if they can prove I signed and also send me invoice on how they charge their clients. I did not call this company it's the police who forced the issue of a towing truck because they were afraid I was gone drive but the car had 2 tyres that were flat I was waiting for another tyre and also if I wanted a towing company the track on that car provides towing assist why i did not call them?
