If you're looking to buy ****ty appliances and your budget is tight, look no further, go to the one at Balfour Mall (Johannesburg). They look good, thinking you've scored. Well, I bought a fridge that was tampered with. My food would get frozen cause the fridge damper was (bridged/tampered). The fridge damper was fixed by them(Cash Converters) well guess what, I am having the same issue again. They don't thoroughly test their products as long as they look good; they buy them. I also bought a washing machine that makes a lot of noise. I was told the pump had to be replaced until today; I am still waiting. Mind you, I bought these products on the same day.
I can't log into my account via the website and mobile app for 2 weeks now. Contacted customer service my issue can't be resolved even now. USELESS
Did my eFilling on the 4/07/2018 and still no refund/payout from Sars. Usually it would take 2 - 3 days for funds to reflect on my account WHY THE HOLD UP THIS YEAR.
Forms were submitted on the 19th October 2017. Got feedback on the 10th of November, then received sms saying funds will be deposited within 4 weeks. Why are the funds taking forever to be deposited into my account?

Please note the debit order will go off today 01.06.2016 and that will be your 4th payment and your policy will start."</p> <p> </p> <p>But i've already made 4 payments.</p> <p> </p> <p>Then i received a call from Sinqobile Monqeka saying they never made a debit on the 25th BS, had to send my transaction history to show that a debit was made and succesful.</p> <p> </p> <p>Email from Sinqobile:</p> <p>The feedback I received is that your April premium was unpaid.The cash payment that you made was allocated under your April premium.May premium was debited successfully on the 25th of May.We have received 3x premiums from March , April and May.We won’t debit your account tonight, it will be debited on the 25th of June .</p> <p> </p> <p>Now i missed a payment for April TF and made 3x payments. <p>Bought a once-off credit report that comes with a score R80 on the 30/06/2016 which I received a payment confirmation from Sage Pay then on the 04/07/2016 the money was debited from my account.</p> <p> </p> <p>Called Transunion to say I haven't received my credit report and was told I cancelled the order but money was debited.Well was given this email address " ********** sent proof of payment and it will take up to 5 days to get feedback from you guys.NOTHING NO FEEDBACK.</p> <p> </p> <p>Called again this morning 13/07/2016 to follow up on my query ticket number:<br /> ********** ********** 83, still no help in resolving this issue.</p> <p>How long do I have to wait to get some feedback? </p> <p> </p> <p>Do I get my money back or the credit report?</p> <p> </p>
