Cash Converters Festival Mall smaller

On Saturday (25/04/2026) I bought a Second-hand Ps4 at Cash Converters Festival Mall , it was Tested and it took like an hour to work finally. I was given HDMI , Controller and Power cable which it were wrong . On Tuesday 28.04.2026 i took the Playstation back to the store only to find out that i was given the wrong power Cable. I don't need it anymore , I was told that there's no Refund they will rather sell it back to the store with how much ?R2000 meanwhile I spent R5098 . Whose fault was is it ?? I want a Brand new Ps5 not interested on Second hand because I will come back after few weeks with another Fault.

A Week back I got or received a call from the shop (Cash Converters Festival Mall)that they won't refund me , I need to sell the PS4 back to the shop. Whose fault is it? I was given a wrong cable

I dont want the Playstation anymore especially used , I need to buy a Brand new
