Terrible after sales service after purchasing an Xbox Series X online from their Bellville store as a gift for my daughter. The controller supp**** with the Xbox is faulty. They do not respond to WhatsApp messages, emails or even answer their phone. Suffice to say I will never use them again. Avoid buying anything online from this company!!

If you're looking to buy ****ty appliances and your budget is tight, look no further, go to the one at Balfour Mall (Johannesburg). They look good, thinking you've scored. Well, I bought a fridge that was tampered with. My food would get frozen cause the fridge damper was (bridged/tampered). The fridge damper was fixed by them(Cash Converters) well guess what, I am having the same issue again. They don't thoroughly test their products as long as they look good; they buy them. I also bought a washing machine that makes a lot of noise. I was told the pump had to be replaced until today; I am still waiting. Mind you, I bought these products on the same day.

On Saturday (25/04/2026) I bought a Second-hand Ps4 at Cash Converters Festival Mall , it was Tested and it took like an hour to work finally. I was given HDMI , Controller and Power cable which it were wrong . On Tuesday 28.04.2026 i took the Playstation back to the store only to find out that i was given the wrong power Cable. I don't need it anymore , I was told that there's no Refund they will rather sell it back to the store with how much ?R2000 meanwhile I spent R5098 . Whose fault was is it ?? I want a Brand new Ps5 not interested on Second hand because I will come back after few weeks with another Fault. A Week back I got or received a call from the shop (Cash Converters Festival Mall)that they won't refund me , I need to sell the PS4 back to the shop. Whose fault is it? I was given a wrong cable I dont want the Playstation anymore especially used , I need to buy a Brand new Cash Converters Festival Mall are ****mers. You will never see me Again

I writing with request to an issue I have with an order I placed a while ago - I have been trying to resolve this on email and phone calls I received only part of what I bought Order number: 2556512 Device including charger I was only supp**** with the device This item was advertised on FB marketplace - it was bought on the Cash Converters Website with delivery. I did take pictures of the listing description and images of the product that specified "includes a charger" & the images showed a charger in the box. I expected better

I went to cash in 2023 R3000 if im not mistake to loan out my phone since I needed money since then I have been not been able to give them their money back but I have been making new loan R668 since then but in February 2026 I did not get a new contract stating when is my new contract expiring since I was not here I could not arrange to get someone to go a make payment as I did not have cash in my bank normally they will whatsapp me new contract but when I contacted them in April they said I must just make payment although I insisted the give me my new contract aggrement for March which i was not given and of which I told them im not available nd I dont have money in my bank and I dont have anyone who can help as I stay with my kid but manager to get someone to pay for me but this person did not go to make payment as he said he will do i only learned that only last month.i spoke to them to try and ask them if I can make both payment that was 25th of April they said they will get back to me only today the told they cant I under about i had to pay them their R3000 back but I have made new loans for this phone with cash converter Montague gardens for more than 2 years in amounts of more R16 000 now when I just got a job and trying to sort my life they are refusing for me to make a new loan after they failed to give me the last agreement of a new after I payed them R640 I need your help

*******. Bought a monitor at cash converters Morning Glen. I asked if I can return it if it doesn't fit in the space I need it to fit in, I was told that I can. This was Friday. It's Monday and I call in asking if I can come in today and return it and was told that they do not do refunds. Spent R1.6k for an item that I can't use and the shop won't take back.
