I initially had very good service from Vissie. We bought a vehicle on the 22 October 2025. The vehicle broke down twice on collection day. Vissie took me home from the breakdown. We immediately requested a refund from the owner.

I would highly appreciate if the community of DBN and KZN know about this fraudulent dealership and their malpractices. So i purchased a 2012 bmw 520i f10 from "cars on the ridge" in overport. We test drove the vehcile everything seemed fine. So i was infromed by Yugen Chingadu owner of cars on ridge i must go see his finance lady at Autovision up the road. Im still under the impression she probably works for cars on the ridge as she did my finance documents. I signed the documents and took delivery of the vehicle. Within the first 2 days i started having major mechanical issues with the vehicle with the drivetrain and transmission the car was switiching off it was not selecting gears properly the head light was faulty the idle was rough and sounded very unhealthy for that spec of motor vehicle. We took the car back after numerous complaints. Only to find out they had used R20000 from my warranty which i paid for to repair the vehicle. I then get a call from Candice Roach the F&i from autovision to tell me i need to come sign a new contract as the car isnt a 2011 as initially falsely advertised its actually a 2012 so i didnt think much of it i signed the new documents. When the vehicle came back from repairs it was in worse condition then before going there. So i sent the car to an independent inspection centre of which i used Bosch when i got the report from Bosch i found out that the sensor to indicate brake pad wear was disconnected so that it doesn't show on the on board computer the pads were rubbing on the brake disc what if i couldn't stop and met an accident and died?? These people are selling fraudulent vehicles. Anyways the car went back to mfc the lady at mfc then notifies me that the chasis stamp has been tampered with and they cannot verify is this car is legal or not as they cannot match engine and chasis number. This begs the question which is such a major concern for consumers these people are fraudulently obtaining cor certificates how can you get a cor certificate if the vehicle lights dont even work properly. We then met on the 3rd feb 2023 Yugen said he will settle the car but the car is with mfc and they have their own policies and procedures in place and cannot release a vehicle without payment so the lady at mfc said give me your dealership representative details i will allow him acces to assess the vehicle then a price can be agreed on and the account settled. Now autovision and cars on the ridge are using every excuse not to send the representative why??? Because they know they sold me a defective vehicle. I am publishing this in all the news papers as well as these crooked dealerships need to be exposed.

They sold me Audi A1 year 2015. Vissie didn't want me to come an view the car at the dealership, they insisted that i sign purchase order for them to deliver the car to Pretoria to view it. They arrived late in the afternoon with a car without a manual book and a service book. Vissie made empty promises that he will send the spear key and the manual book to be delivered to my address. The car had more problems dead shocks, break discs worn-out. The are not to be trusted, is been two months calling Vissie every week with empty promises.
