Bad customer service

They sold me Audi A1 year 2015. Vissie didn't want me to come an view the car at the dealership, they insisted that i sign purchase order for them to deliver the car to Pretoria to view it. They arrived late in the afternoon with a car without a manual book and a service book. Vissie made empty promises that he will send the spear key and the manual book to be delivered to my address. The car had more problems dead shocks, break discs worn-out. The are not to be trusted, is been two months calling Vissie every week with empty promises.
