Bumper badly scratched
After having my Volvo at Autoway Service Centre for an extended period of time, and on collection of the vehicle I noticed the rear RHS bumper was badly and deeply scratched with the raw bumper been exposed in some of the gouges. Henk took no responsibility and was not interested at all in helping sort out the issue. Would definitely not use his services again

Scratched My Car!
After a few years of taking my Volvo to Henk, my car was recently scratched quite badly while in his workshop. Despite neglecting to complete a condition report on drop-off (in fact he was not even there on drop-off), he refused to repair the damage or claim on his professional insurance policy (if he has). Instead he denied the incident and conveniently was not able to show me any footage from his workshop cameras. The repair I sent my car in for was under 7K, the damage cause to my car is over 25K. Don't take your car here, they are unaccountable an not trust worthy with your valuable asset.

I have always had great service from them and they are very friendly.
I have had the best experience you could ever have. Super friendly and competent. My car was repaired beyond my expectations. Thank you specifically Frans for your service excellence. I will most definitely refer all my friends and family here.

Lost my ECU Chip
we had a nissan hard body that had a problem so we took it in to Autoway Service Centre in fourways. Henk had my bakkie for over 2 years when i got fed up and asked for the bakkie back it was in un-absolute mess missing parts especially the ECU (Mother board) for the bakkie which is the most important part and he said he takes the word of he suppliers and that it never had one in. so then he is not going to help me at all. to any one else needing repairs i would edge you to not go down this road and to find some one else.

Straightforward and honest.
It's been some time since I've been happy with service centers. I truly believe I've found a gem at Autoway Ruimsig. No BS and not trying to pull a fast one like other places do. From day one they have been professional . Will definitely be using them again.
