Spam SMS
I have tried now too many times for you to stop sending me sms's to my number ( ********** 236) The next step is to contact ISPA. I have never bought, applied or even heard of you until I started receiving spam from you. Remove my number.

Straightforward and honest.
It's been some time since I've been happy with service centers. I truly believe I've found a gem at Autoway Ruimsig. No BS and not trying to pull a fast one like other places do. From day one they have been professional . Will definitely be using them again.

Not Paying Credit Provider
When we started the process of debt management, all our debt was listed. Most, if not all, debt was picked up off the system and shown in our correspondence and welcome letters. A few months down the line we get emailed by attorneys stating that no arrangement was made and no payment was made. Even tho this has been calculated in our monthly payment this was not paid. Now there is extra lawyer fees attached to this and we are being threatened to be taken to court.

Debt orders take off before agreed date
My payday loan was set to be paid back on 27 July, it was taken today (24 July) and then I receive a mail that says it will come off on 25 July.<br> <br> My pay date is on 27 July, you have now take the only money in my account so how must I make it to payday???<br> <br> I have sent mails with no response!!!

Double payment
I have been on hold for 12 minutes just to get dropped to the survey BEFORE I can even say my name! Should I keep trying to call you until I have no funds left???<br> <br> A debit order has been placed on my account without my knowledge or permission! I have paid my account on the 30th March and on the 1st you take the same payment again! I'm leaving for Kenya tomorrow and now with a huge chuck of my spending money less! I want my money paid back to me TODAY!!!

Must surrender personal details
I get a call from a private number, the lady says she is from African bank and now I must give her my ID number. When I ask what this is about, she says it's the law and I must give her my ID number. NO! Not before YOU confirm who you are. I don't give out MY personal info so easily over a phone just because you say you are from the bank. <br> <br> Then she gets rude and load over the phone. Shut the front door!
