Bumper badly scratched

After having my Volvo at Autoway Service Centre for an extended period of time, and on collection of the vehicle I noticed the rear RHS bumper was badly and deeply scratched with the raw bumper been exposed in some of the gouges. Henk took no responsibility and was not interested at all in helping sort out the issue. Would definitely not use his services again
