After my last review Autoworks head office, Gabrielle Loy reached out to me to try solve the problem that was caused by their Strand branch and she promised to oversee the whole process. She promised that if all failed they would take my car themselves to Fiat. I decided to give them one more chance. What a nightmare! They were not able to solve the problem and yet insisted on still keeping my car longer without offering me a courtesy car. Bruce the owner of the branch is an arrogant bully who refused to even give me my car back after he failed fix the issue they caused. Only when I threatend to take further action did they then take my car to Fiat. I had to take my car back by force. Gabrielle was not much help in the process either. Autoworks service is appalling. Be careful with your cars.
